Chantra Khiri Chalet Chiangmai… (Many questions lingering in my mind) Hotel : 7 points Rooms: 5 points Dinner: 8 points Breakfast: 4 points Employee service: 2.5 points Hotel: Beautiful, good view from the restaurant. The garden decoration is also beautifully maintained. The walkway in the hotel is quite steep. I slipped and got an injury. There are the owner's dogs walking around to say hello in a friendly way. Rooms: The rooms are quite small and worn out. The walls inside the room are peeling and not beautiful. The equipment is quite old. Cleanliness in the room: Fails very seriously. 1. Found a piece of woman's hair on the bed. 2. The products used by Panpuri are good but when I looked at the bottom of the bottle I was shocked. Dead flies and mosquitoes crawl around the bottle, no need to use them, you're done. (Everything was photographed as evidence) Dinner: Delicious and delicious. Deserving of receiving the MICHELIN Guide Breakfast: Each person gets a set, but I'm confused about the arrangement. Bread is divided in half. There is no water. Asked for coffee and was told each person got one cup??? Must improve urgently (Coffee; Just one flirt and leave.) Service: 2.5 points, start from welcome, there is nothing good at all. The various parts of the service are confusing. When booking, I still don't know what I'm getting. Receive customers who request to go to It looks like it came from a place of residence, very confusing. This is the reason why I don't like hotels that are not Inter Chain because they are still lacking. Management of services, many different systems Whoever wants to come and experience it can come. 設施：設施陳舊，到處都是破的，水龍頭洗個澡分叉。 衞生：凳子被子都是臟的，咱也不明白為啥這麼臟。 環境：在素貼山上，通過一個長長的小道，山上叫不到車，酒店也沒有承諾的shuttle bus，上下山單程160人民幣。 服務： 1、必須十點check in，不然服務員就下班了。我上一次遇到這種情況還是住宿舍，這個**是酒店嗎！ 2、加床給我打地鋪，收400人民幣。問他怎麼睡服務員還跟我抬槓，服務態度巨差！老闆**想錢想瘋了，報警都不給退款，最終第二天房費全款，***就這還攜程口碑榜搞笑呢，整個酒店壓根就沒兩個客人，大廳都是黑的，省電，整的跟**似的。

泰北原始柚木結構建築， 在清邁素貼山旁。環境非常好，酒店餐廳很好吃。孩子們都很喜歡。非常適合親子游。酒店形象代言人——林肯，非常紳士。

可可可，地理位置可以！出行方便！性價比可！

For city dwellers looking to unwind from the hustle and bustle, don't hesitate to get the slightly pricer mountain view suites - it is well worth the money! The Chantra suite was amazing (photos just don't do it enough justice). Very spacious, had a big bathtub, huge mirrors and balcony with a view to die for. Do note, however, that this place is truly VERY out of town with no grab service. There is quite literally no where you can walk to (aside from within the compound), so you are kinda 'stuck' in the resort - even for food you'll have to get from their (really good) restaurant. So this is not for those who want to explore the old town, temple hop or do shopping. BUT, this is absolutely perfect for that getaway where you do nothing but read, listen to music and well... waste the day away just staring at the mountains and clouds. Food is really good too, get the staff to recommend and you'll never go wrong! View of the restaurant is great and if you are lucky, you'll be in the company of two very gentle dogs. Some very minor room for improvement would be cleanliness, language and service... I guess. Don't get me wrong, these are already at a 7 point grade, but it could be much better! For cleanliness, floor was clean but high dusting was not done, so you see webs on the lights and stuff, curtains were dusty too. Place is also in need of some repainting/maintenance - some very obvious cracks could be seen on the walls. Language wise, one or two staff could do basic English, but it would seem they are not as used to foreign tourists as the hotels in the city centre. But even so, they were always very friendly and smiling :) Service was pretty good - they had a buggy to take you around, staff were always willing to help if you approached them and they even offered me a take away box when i had to check out early in the morning! Thank you! What i thought would sweeten the deal even more is if they could offer more snacks, fruits and drinks in the room - they provide the basics but to be 'stuck' in this place with no convenience store nearby, i think it would be great if we had more options beyond instant coffee, coke and a few pieces of cookies to last the whole stay. But all in all, this was a great place to stay. Pricey? Yes. But the view and serenity of the place is just so, so calming and rejuvenating. I would certainly come back! *P.S. I stayed in Sep during the monsoon season. It would seem this is a lull period so there aren't many guests. I only saw one other group of guests in my two days there.

This is a review for the restaurant not hotel. Visited previously 5 years ago before the Michelin recommendation but standards seem to have dropped. The beautiful view is now partially obstructed by the overgrown trees, and the staff are no where near as friendly. We stopped by for drinks and dessert, the red velvet cake was stale and dry and clearly not freshly prepared. Were told all the tables were reserved but there was only 2 other people in the venue during our entire time there. It's a shame standards have dropped so much as this was a hit previously.

Gorgeous mountain retreat in the hills of Changmai. The most beautiful hill views we have seen from any resort in Thailand. A junior suite filled with lovely antiques and supplied with the highest quality amenities. Plus, a lovely restaurant which boasts a Michelin Bib Gourmand. What more could you ask for
