Em primeiro lugar é importante informar que este hotel não faz mais parte da rede Prive de hotéis e por isso não dá acesso gratuito aos parques aquáticos de Caldas Novas: Water Parque, Clube Prive e Náutico Clube. Se vc quiser ir a estes parques terá que pagar a parte (aproximadamente R$ 79,00 por dia, por pessoa). Comprei o hotel com regime de meia pensão e me arrependi a comida é horrível e repetida, toda dia: arroz, feijão, batata e carne cozina. O hotel está mal cuidado: portas descascando, piso quebrado, etc. O atendimento na recepção é péssimo, atendentes despreparados e mal educados. O objetivo do hotel é um só: te enganar e vender as malditas cotas. São dezenas de vendedores te cercando na hora do café para te vender as malditas cotas. Não volto nunca mais.

Apartamento com boa estrutura, oferece cozinha mas sem utensílios básicos (ex panela, bucha e detergente), só disponibilizam copo, prato e talher.
A limpeza do apartamento não é diária, café da manhã bom sem variar o cardápio, amplo estacionamento, receptivo acolhedor.

Hotel com uma boa infraestrutura e com várias piscinas proporcionando uma boa estadia.
Elogio ao colaborador Isaque que foi um incrível durante o Check-in.
Como sugestão na área da Piscina poderiam apenas controlar um pouco melhor o som, volume muito alto incomodando os hóspedes o dia inteiro.

Quarto muito bom na torre 5 c/ 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, sacada (sem tela de proteção) c/ pia e mesa, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, simpatia dos funcionários, gostei da flexibilidade na troca de refeições. Temperatura das piscinas muito boa, só achei o tamanho das piscinas pequeno pela quantidade de hóspedes. Faltam guarda-sóis, pois ao redor das piscinas não tem muita sombra. Café da manhã é meio repetitivo, faltam opções diet e o suco da máquina é muito doce. Comida é muito boa, só não fui avisada na minha reserva que tinha direito à ceia maravilhosa de ano novo (quase perdi se não perguntasse na recepção). Achei as porções do bar muito pequenas e o preço salgado. Esqueci de avisar que o ralo do chuveiro estava entupindo.
