Leider ziemlich schmutzig; auch bräuchte der Trakt mit den Zimmern mal wieder eine Renovierung. Die Pools im Garten dürfen ab 18:00 nicht mehr benutzt werden. Für die Getränke zum Frühstück gab es nur Pappbecher. Insgesamt lieblos geführt mit eher unmotiviertem Personal.

Gute Lage, Service an der Rezeption leider nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotels würdig, mehrere Anliegen wurden gleichzeitig bearbeitet, was dazu führte das Sachen mehrmals angefordert wurden, und der Check-In deutlich länger dauerte als notwendig. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, Klimaanlage war recht laut, Dusche war kaputt. Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht unbedingt das Niveau von Novotel außerhalb Ägypten.

Nearby airport, shuttle bus from Terminal3 exit to hotel (or need to call for pickup *************).
Room are clean and quiet.
However, if need early checkin, have to pay 30USD.
If need breakfast, it cost 10USD (it is not as mentionned for 46CNY)

Public areas such as lobby and swimming pool are nice but the hallway to units and my unit condition was horrible. Its just like a motel. Towels and bedding smelled cigarette. Toilet and bath were in bad condition.
Staffs while check-in was not friendly or accommodating at all.
While waiting for the shuttle from airport for pick up service, a lot of taxi drivers told me that I will have to wait a hour. I thought its just marketing to make me pay for taxi. Surprisingly, it turned out true.
Drop off service was good tho.

This is a great hotel for proximity to Cairo International Airport and good value for a 4 star. They supply a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport that is only a 5-10 minute ride. The condition of the mini-bus was somewhat tired but it does the job. I used this hotel on my outbound journey whilst transferring flights and again on this inbound one. It is very good for its category level and has a very decent pool in a spacious courtyard area. For both my visits, all the staff were really amazing and accommodated my requests, in particular Noor on reception, who was a credit to the Accor brand.

The bag check area was placed correctly causing inconvenience. Operator is also not polite.
Not convenience to walk from the Airport to Hotel, but Hotel provide free bus to and from which is good
