Das Hotelzeichen in Richtung Meer, wir gingen von der Cook-Hochgeschwindigkeitsstraße nicht, verpasst, um zurück zu sehen. Die Rezeption kann nicht gestartet werden, muss nach dem Hotel gestartet werden. Das Hotel geht 5-10 Minuten vom Strand zu Fuß, es wird empfohlen, am Strand zu leben. Keiner auf der Rezeption, der Chef Bruse kam nach dem Anruf, der sehr freundliche alte Mann, nehmen Sie das Zimmer direkt auf der Bestellung unterschreiben, ohne eine Kaution, aber keine Initiative, das WiFi-Passwort zu sagen, denken Sie, dass Ihr Verkehr genug ist, um es zu benutzen. Wir blieben bei der Edge Hill Tavern die Nacht vor unserem Flug nach Hause, weil es nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Wir kamen 2 Stunden früh und die Mitarbeiter waren überhaupt nicht beunruhigt. Sie prüften uns sofort ins Zimmer. Es gab einige Kämpfe mit dem Schlüsselsystem und sie gab uns sofort kostenlose Getränke an der Bar, die sehr nett und freundlich war. Als unser Flug am Abend verließen wir eine späte Auscheck, was überhaupt kein Problem war! Wir waren so beeindruckt und so aus dem Personal, wie sie wirklich freundlich waren. Die Zimmer sind nur perfekt. Sie haben eine gute Arbeit AC ein großes TV mit Netflix das Bett ist unglaublich komfortable und das Badezimmer war schön und sauber. Wir waren sehr glücklich während unseres Aufenthalts, da wir so gut behandelt wurden! Wir würden das Hotel wirklich empfehlen!

We stayed at Bellevue a few weeks ago for my birthday. I'd booked directly with Laura a few months before our stay. She seemed pleasant in our dealings. When we checked in, we found the apartment (no.10) to be very spacious with a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning was disappointing. Most surfaces needed wiping properly, including a fake plant in the main living area that was covered in dust, and there were stains on some of the decorative cushions (I took pics of the plant and soiled cushions). Our kids had settled in quickly after our long journey, so I chose to hide the crusty pillows and wipe the surfaces myself. (Throughout our stay we came across other poorly cleaned items including stained bed blankets, dusty aircons and dirty dishes in the cupboard). On our first night about 9:30pm when getting ready for bed, we found that we could only lock one of the three patio doors. The sliding door could be locked without a key, but the two swing doors needed a key, which we were not provided with. I called the after hours reception number and spoke to Laura to ask how we lock the doors. She seemed shocked as to why we were questioning why the doors didn't lock, and asked whether I was worried about anyone getting in, and why we would want to lock the doors as we were on the second level. She said that ”no one had ever had a problem or mentioned it”, and it's apparently ”very safe”. When I explained that, while yes, someone getting into our apartment is a concern, it's for peace of mind as we had our kids with us. Laura said ”It's late, I'm tired, what do you want me to do?”. Her attitude was disappointing. I mean, the doors have key locks on them, why not provide guests with the key?? We were able to enjoy the view, the pool and being so close to the beach. We liked that the apartment was spacious, but overall it was quite expensive for such poor presentation. The whole apartment just needs a decent clean, which I mentioned upon checking out. All in all, yes the view from an ocean room is great, but you can get better value for money and better standards and service elsewhere.
