Guten Tag, Reservierung 1 Monat vor einem Zimmer für mein Sohn und mich. bei unserem Ankunft keine Zimmer dieser Art verfügbar also Verpflichtung, ein anderes Zimmer 170 Euro in 2 Tagen zu zahlen! Es ist völlig untragbar! Das ist ein offenkundiger Flug. La première nuit l’hôtel accueillait un groupe scolaire, obligé de demander le calme en appellant la réception à 22H les enfants criaient et couraient dans les couloirs. 5,50 Euro zum Frühstück, Sie finden nur frugalität, keine Wahl und eine geringe Auswahl. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr nett, aber die Erfahrung ist nicht akzeptabel. am Ende des Aufenthalts wird Ihnen ein Beleg angeboten, mit der Hälfte der bereits geregelten Rechnung zu lösen, wenn Sie ... This hotel was exactly what we wanted! It was welcoming, friendly, efficient and clean. The rooms were plenty large and clean, and newly decorated. The breakfast was great - plenty of variety and choice, all great quality. We had dinner in the hotel for 3 nights. It was freshly cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. Stefan served us and made us very welcome. All staff were friendly and very competent. Its location was perfect for us. Easy from the port. The tram is very close for getting into Caen so you don’t need to drive. Close to the roads to visit the D-day beaches and other historic sites. We had no complaints and would return

Clean, friendly, one-night no-frills stay with excellent breakfast. A good budget option for a stay before ferry or to explore Normandy beaches. Plenty of car parking space. Apartments were functional but clean and the reception staff very friendly.

The hotel is great. Good aircon firm beds clean and was very quiet despite being full of teenage Americans on a school trip. Breakfast was lacking as I think it was first come first serve and I saw the server removed all the pastry items with her hands. There is a London bus nearby that does pizza if you can't eat at the restaurant on site. We did both and much prefer the pizza

Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Sie befindet sich in der ganzen Zentrale. Mein Zimmer war einzigartig, etwas klein, aber sauber, aber es war ein besonderes Merkmal, dass er das Bad im Schlafzimmer hatte und so, wer das Wasser verwendete, hatte keine große Privatsphäre. Ich weiß nicht, ob es nur ein Eigenschaft der Einzelpersonen ist, weil ich nur reiste, also hatte ich keine Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück war gut, alles im guten Durchschnitt.

Excellent séjour, établissement facile d'accès, bien desservi avec un arrêt tram juste devant . Accueil chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse, confortable , nous étions avec nos 2 enfants. Les lits superposés sont confortable et très fonctionnels. Chacun a son intimité. Le lit est très confortable et grand. Dans la chambre on entend aucun bruit de l'extérieur ni du couloir ou des autres chambres. Salle de bain bien agencé, également l'étagère dans l'entrée très pratique. Le restaurant est convivial, dynamique , accueillant. Les pizzas sont parfaites, de vraies pizzas napolitaines, une tuerie vraiment vraiment excellentes. Des produits de qualité. Mention spéciale pour la carte sans alcool variée (cocktail, bière, soft). Petit déjeuner copieux. On recommande à 100 % . Idéal pour les familles. On reviendra 😀

The Hotel has three stars outside but I assume this relates to the sister Mercure hotel that is next door but part of the same building. The room we had was meant to be a twin but in all honesty it was more like a single room. Storage is very limited and the bathroom was very tired and dated looking. The Hotel bar shuts early and may not open at all so you may struggle for a nightcap if one takes your fancy. The good points of the hotel are the underground parking that they have (make sure you book it) and the breakfast was great, the lady who looks after the breakfasts is really helpful. Location wise the Hotel is a good central location and most places are a walk. Comparing it to the premier inn we stayed at in the UK en-route, the premier inn was miles better and 40 pounds cheaper per night.
