I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

Nichts Besonderes oder Außergewöhnliches ... Der große Vorteil ist die Nähe und Anbindung an das AICM ... Ich habe ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bekommen und meine Güte, ich habe mich entspannt, denn sie bewegen sich überall hin, das heißt, sie bleiben nicht behoben. .. alles cool im Allgemeinen!

Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A filtered water dispenser to refill water bottles is quite the advantage in the lobby. The gym on the 2nd floor is modern with very usable equipment, and is located next to an outdoor terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good with several choices. Antonio and Nayla provided excellent customer service during breakfast, and Antonio also alerted me to breakfast options that were healthier for my sensitive stomach. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I rate this hotel an 8 or 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. That being said, I would like to offer some suggestions to Novotel to make the hotel room a bit better for travelers. This new, minimal hotel room concept means that there are no dresser drawers for storing clothing, and there’s only one spot in the hanging metal “closet” for storing one suitcase - the other person must put their suitcase on the floor . One must live out of their suitcase during the entire stay, which is very annoying. This can easily be remedied by having more hangers (10 instead of 5?) in the closet, and having one or two folding luggage racks available. Also, another side table is needed beside the bed, since there’s only one. The person sleeping on the left side of the bed must put their water, glasses, phone, etc. on the floor, since there’s no side table, or place their items far away on the desk. Also, the thick towels keep falling off the three very lame wooden towel “knobs”. These knobs need to be replaced or extended outward in order to be able to hold a load. I would hang up my wet towel and it would immediately fall onto the floor. We fought with this the entire week. The hotel would save a lot of money by not having to wash towels every day that have fallen onto the floor. Additionally, perhaps for an upcharge, a small refrigerator could be placed in the room. These minor issues did not affect our overall satisfaction of this hotel.

Mexiko City stand nie auf unserer ”Wunschliste”. Durch die CORONA-Strandung auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, kamen wir über Mexiko City. Das Quartier Polanco ist sehr gemütlich. Es hat viele kleine Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

What a great place to stay, conduct business, dine, and relax. The staff is simply amazing, paying attention to every detail. The food and atmosphere are inviting, delicious, and worth repeating. The rooms are very nice; the staff ensures little things are attended to. This is my new place to stay at in Mexico City for work and fun.

Lovely food in a relaxed setting, as we stopping in for breakfast after a long flight and too early an arrival to head straight to our accommodation. Great service from Alejandra, Salvador & Carlos and a DELICIOUS omelette from Elena, who all spoke great English and taught us how to say omelette in Spanish (“omelette”)

This place gets a no from me. Principally, it's because we were awoken at 7A to smoke filling the room. I went out to the living area and proceeded to have a panic attack because I couldn't breathe. For the record, the hallways were much better. I rushed downstairs and stayed outside until the front desk could send someone up to do something to make it better. Definitely not a relaxing experience. Now, the hotel would say, we left a piece of paper on the check-in counter for you explaining this would happen. Yes, you did, but this is unacceptable all the same. Some folks will have asthma or other breathing issues and this could be potentially very serious for them to deal with. I happened to have a cold. Giving notice on check-in isn't enough notice. In addition, most of the lights were that bright white light I hate because it reminds me of hospitals. Plus, certain window areas were filled with dust. Ick. Just not a good hotel experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the room service prompt, and the breakfast downstairs was fine so two stars.

An sich ein schönes Hotel, mit ein paar negativen Punkten. Ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft war ein Upgrade in eine Suite in meiner Buchung ersichtlich, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Positiv bleibt das freundliche Personal beim Check-In in Erinnerung, das zu jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit war, auch ein Zimmerwechsel mitten in der Nacht war kein Problem, da es wegen einer Bar sehr laut war im Zimmer! Auch empfinde ich die Klimaanlage teilweise sehr laut, und sie ließ sich in einem Zimmer nicht einstellen. Als Diamond Mitglied war ich von anderen Hilton Hotels gewohnt, dass bei bei der Ankunft ein kleiner Obstkorb oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer war, hier gab es leider nichts! Das Frühstück und Top, und sehr abwechslungsreich, was man von der Executive Lounge nicht sagen kann, jedoch war auch dort das Personal sehr freundlich! Am Ende hat das Personal dafür gesorgt, dass wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Lieben Dank an das Team vom Check-In, Restaurant und Executive Lounge!

Das Frühstück im Hotelserviceumfeld ist gut. Es ist, dass die Einrichtungen zu schlecht sind, das Bad, das Zimmer zu schlecht ist, die Auslandsgespräche Mitte der Nacht beeinflussen nicht schlafen und gehen Sie besser raus. Anlagen: schlecht Gesundheit: Gut Umwelt: Gut Service: OK

Unser Aufenthalt war völlig zufriedenstellend, das gesamte Hotelpersonal (Rezeption, Bellboys, Reinigungsmittel usw.) hat breite Verfügbarkeit, um mit allen Bedürfnissen zu helfen sowie eine gute Gastfreundschaftsausbildung. Die Manager Octavio und Eduardo haben uns jederzeit begrüßt und unsere Anfragen erfüllt. Während des Frühstücks kamen die Kochen heraus, um zu fragen, wie alles war. Das Hotel ist neu, modern und in perfekten Bedingungen. Die Reinigung war unfehlerfrei und die Möbel sind wunderschön komfortabel. Glückwunsch zu Novotel auf diesem neuen Resort.
