I booked this for my boss, and he has nothing but good words to say about this hotel. Totally awesome!

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.

My experience was very good. The staff were polite and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The facilities were nice and everything worked properly. The location is great and easy to access. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Security didn't speak English at all. It was hard to communicate for lack of amenity or something. The response to the amenities was also a bit slow.

I’ve left with beautiful memories and a lot of love for this place. The staff are amazing ,,, friendly and professional. It’s a great hotel with excellent service, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip ,, I truly loved it! Just one thing to keep in mind: the traffic in this area can be heavy, so if you have a flight, make sure to leave early to avoid any delays.

Das Gastgeber ist relativ allgemein, die Augen seltsam und die Einstellung arrogant. Es ist übertrieben, dass die Kellner des Frühstückshauses selbstbedient sind. Die Zimmergebühr umfasst das Frühstück, aber die Gäste müssen noch eine Rechnung unterschreiben. Wir haben 50 Peso für die kleinen Gebühren gegeben, aber ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass der Kellner vor 50 eins hinzufügt und 150 wurde. Das Bild zeigt die 1-Prüfmuster vor 50, die Schriften und Farben sind 50. (Auch wir selbst sind nicht gut, haben die kleinen Gebühren geschrieben, und ich habe den Gesamtbetrag nicht geschrieben, weil ich nicht wollte, dass die kleinen Gebühren gegeben werden. Der Kellner hat einen Kaffeeschrank mitgebracht, um zu fragen, ob er keinen Kaffee braucht, und es gibt keine anderen Dienstleistungen). In der Kleinfischekultur war es das erste Mal, dass ich so viele Jahre lang war.
