Hotels mit Balkon in Mexiko-Stadt

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous. We were upgraded to kingbed room. Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered. This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

Nichts auf der Straße scheint, dass ein Hotel in diesem schönen alten Gebäude existiert. Innerhalb von einem warmen Willkommen und Innendesign Schönheit wartet. I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

Good location and kind staff but extremely noisy if you get the window on the main road: no matter which floor you stay, you hear sirens (police, ambulance, …) literally all night loudly

Moderne Unterkunft in einem großen Bereich für die Erforschung Mexiko Stadt für einen Tag oder zwei. Es ist kein Hotel so offensichtlich der Service ist völlig anders als Sie erwarten Für Reinigung und? Gesamtausstattung.. Aber es ist völlig ok für eine gute Nacht Schlaf und eine bequeme, sichere und schöne Lage zu bleiben. Wollen sie PayPal etwas Aufmerksamkeit auf Details, zum Beispiel in trio.com? app es sagt, dass das Zimmer ein? Balkon hatte und als wir ankamen, hatten wir nicht einmal Fenster. Wir waren aus einer langen Reise nicht zu Problemen gekommen, aber das hätte früher empfohlen werden können. Wir waren zwei Menschen, aber nur eine Handtuch, so dass es eine Unannehmlichkeit war, die wahrscheinlich hätten von der Verwaltung vermieden werden könnten, würde einen Geburtstag mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf die Buchungen. I recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

We loved staying here although we did have a few hiccups. We arrived before check-in but we could leave our luggage at the hotel which was a relief. Unfortunately we lost our luggage ticket while out, but the front desk employee Grecia made it seem as if it were a huge problem and that we would not be able to retrieve our luggage at all. She did not reassure us even after we expressed confusion and concern. However once we had already gotten very stressed about this, another employee simply asked for our identification and quickly resolved the problem (which was their standard protocol). The stress was avoidable. When we arrived to the room we had to call to request robes and slippers, and there was only one water bottle even though we were two guests. In the bathroom, there is only one hook for the towels, which was inconvenient. The shower also leaked water all over the bathroom which is an architectural problem and can’t really be helped but was annoying as the bathroom floor was wet. The lighting in the room was also very dim, but that might just be a personal preference. Multiple times when requesting towels or water from room service, we had to call several times to remind them of our needs (we even once went personally to remind them at the front desk after 3 times of calling). On our last day we were eager to enjoy one final breakfast, which is listed as being from 6am-11am. However the food was not set up until 6:20-30, so we had to rush to eat before checking out to make it in time for our flight. Also at breakfast there is no self service tea or water station, and although the staff are attentive, it’s too much for them to be able to meet everyone’s needs at rush hour breakfast. However despite all of this we are left with a great memory of staying here. The food at breakfast was delicious, and most of the staff were very kind despite the delays in service. The location is convenient and the room was comfortable. I do not regret staying here although for ~300 USD a night I might expect a little bit more attention to detail.

Das Zimmer war relativ sauber, und ich wohnte im obersten Stockwerk, von wo aus ich den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Doch eines Tages, als das Reinigungspersonal mein Zimmer reinigte, nahmen sie meinen rosa Pyjama mit, und ich musste zur Rezeption gehen, um ihn wiederzufinden. Die Suche dauerte zwei Stunden, was reine Zeitverschwendung war. Das war ärgerlich.
