Hotel is now too old and sinks are blocked, can’t even brush your teeth properly in the bathroom. It really needs some hugs renovations. Wonder where the money goes instead of also developing the hotel. Beds are the same old ones from the Colonial times. A bit sad for such a hotel which was highly praised.

The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.
Good breakfast. The hotel needs to improve on the televisions. You can hardly watch anything. The signal quality and picture quality are not up to standard

A clean place, well situated in the CBD making it easy to get around. I Highly recommend this place. The service is also good. The only thing they need to work on is the shower as very little water came out during our stay. The food was amazing and delicious

Overall its great place. food is great, the staff is very helpful and the service is exceptional. I did not sleep well because of the noise from outside and I could also hear the person in the next room snoring. Beyond that I loved my stay.

Our flight was cancelled at the airport, and the airline arranged accommodation at Rainbow Hotel for the affected passengers. Amidst a large, frustrated group arriving at the hotel, the only front desk staff member who appeared friendly and eager to help was Minenhle. Her warm personality helped me forget about the cancelled flight, and her presence made me feel at home.

What I was expecting and what I got was totally different. It is like the kind of service you offered us was tailor made because you knew we are Zimbabwe Tourism Authority. Breakfast which is the first meal of the day is supposed to be exciting but heeish it was nothing to write home about.
