We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

The hotel looked new and the room was clean. The problems were the connecting room was not sound proof and the toilet has no lock. Can hear the next door guests watching TV and talking in normal volume. The plus things are the facilities like swimming pool, kids playground and common areas are well kept. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing and the confectionery like croissant and pan au chocolat are very delicious. However, the queue to enter the restaurant for breakfast was very long between 8.30-9.00am Suggest the restaurant to add more seatings to save guest's time. The ala carte dishes for dinner were ok. The lasagne was not delicious. The char kue tiao and chicken burger were much better. The vietnamese noodle was too gingery, not so nice. For the price, room, facilities and breakfast, it is very worth it. Most likely will come back again.

Awesome rate at below RM100 for this room.. clean, good parking right in front of the lobby entrance. Comfy 2 queen bed with 8 pillows.. towel and sheets clean too. Just dont like the check in counter location..

Pros Hotel is great for families. We booked the sixer room as the quad room has been reviewed by other guests that it is far away from lobby. Our sixer room was just above the lobby at level 2. Space was enough for our family of 5 with toddler and we had a connecting room. Our room had a bunk bed. So in total there were 3 queen beds. 2 beds on the bottom and 1 on the bunk bed. Location wise is very convenient as the theme parks, restaurants and supermarket is just right in front of the hotel. There is also a small playground for kids at the lobby reception. Cons The bathroom has a separate cubicle for toilet and shower. But the bathroom has no door! You would have to change your clothes in the shower cubicle. I have never stayed in a hotel where the bathroom has no door, so if you are staying with a big group just be prepared😊 Room has no fan but it is cold outside so not a problem for us during our stay. Breakfast buffet location is not in the hotel. It is in the indoor themepark premise so you need to walk 10-15 minutes for breakfast. Otherwise great stay for families and reasonable price too if you are sharing.

Sehr gutes strategisches Hotel in der Innenstadt. Exzellenz Lage Hotel. Manuelle Kontrolle in der Zeit warten zu lange in der Linie fast 1 Stunde müssen verbessert werden.. Braky war erstaunlich und viele Optionen.. Viele Spaß da: Gondola, Sky ******, Einkaufen ... Sehr empfohlen..

Das Resort sieht schön und schön aus, wo umgeben von Vegetation. Als wir zum ersten Mal in dieses Resort fahren, waren wir Angst, wo es ziemlich eine entlegene Lage ist. Wir werden nie vergessen, dass Fazila Gastfreundschaft, die sie gezeigt hat. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit von Fazila und ihr Team.

Luxurious Hotel on the top of the mountain. Absolutely glorious. The most attentive friendly staff ever experienced. Cleanest well appointed rooms. After a day of enjoying the theme park, shopping centre and ******, we stayed in our room the next day to enjoy the splendor of the amenities and the wonderful view over the valley below.

Die Aussicht ist spektakulär.. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass dieses Hotel für meinen Aufenthalt diese erinnerebar sein würde.. Zimmer ist ok, Frühstück war ok nicht so schmackhaft, Einrichtungen sehr gut, der Schwimmbad ist groß und die Aussicht während der Schwimmbad ist so atemberaubend.. Sie haben auch einen Spaziergang Café und Dampfboot in der Nähe des Hotels.. Sie werden nicht bedauern, wenn Sie hier bleiben planen.. Nur ein paar Schwäche Hotelmanagement muss verbessert werden 1. Reinigung der Tasse, die Hauspflege nicht die Tasse waschen 2. Einige Zimmerlampe ist gebrochen und macht das Zimmer dunkler in der Nacht 3. Kein Dust in der Toilette, während andere Zimmer haben 4. NO FRIDGE.. Es so sab, weil es eine grundlegende Anforderung ist.. Ich bring eine Menge Getränke, aber alles, was ich wegwerfen muss, weil Basi. Alle meine Picknick-Essen auch Basi 5. Klimaanlage in einem bestimmten Raum nicht so kalt 6. Fernseher hat viele Fragen auf dem Zimmer, kein Kanal, TV rot, TV frysen alle 2 Minuten. Ich buche Zimmer NO 2993-2995 und Zimmer 2995 fast perfekt ohne jegliche Schwäche außer Glas ist schmutzig und Öl die Hauspflege nicht waschen es.. Andere Zimmer haben die oben genannten Fragen ich erwähnte Insgesamt für Entspannung ist sehr empfohlen.. Wenn Sie ein gutes Zimmer wollen, ist dieses Hotel nicht für Sie Aber die Aussicht von oben nur Cherengin Hügel haben es! Sie werden es nicht in einem Hotel erhalten
