Zuerst schickten sie uns in ein Zimmer, das von einer Familie bewohnt wurde, was zum ersten Austausch führte. Danach haben sie uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, in dem die Dusche nicht funktionierte, was den zweiten Wechsel verursachte. Im dritten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, die Spülung war defekt und der Schlüssel (wir hatten einen normalen Metallschlüssel) blieb im Schloss stecken. In diesem Fall dauerte die Schlüsselübergabe fast 1 Stunde, und irgendwann ging der Hotelangestellte, es dauerte lange, und kehrte erst zurück, als wir an der Rezeption erneut nach ihm fragten (Anmerkung: dies war nach 23:00 Uhr). , die den dritten Austausch verursachte. Angesichts der Unannehmlichkeiten baten wir sogar um eine Rückerstattung, um das Hotel zu verlassen, aber der Manager bestand darauf, dass wir blieben, und überreichte uns eine Flasche Champagner, um die Situation zu lindern.

The most srtessfull hotel expirience in South America. This hotel does not follow *********** rules - we had to pay 20% more then the *********** price. But even this unfair price took away an hour of our presious late night time. Instead of easy check in and peacfull sleep, we had to talk and wait at 10 pm for a long time. The price per one night at booking was 29k peso. The hotel was insisting on the payment in dollars via credit card (2.3 times more), or 36k in cash - imcluding 21% tax which is waved for foreigners paying with a credit card. After exhausting negoutiations, they agreed to charge 36k peso via the credit card. It's a robbery in the middle of the night. On top of that, instead of using the regular key or keycard, they tell you to download and install some unknown app to access the room!

Basing the review on the price of the stay. It was inexpensive and very good location. Room was decent. We arrived early and they had a secure location for our luggage. For the price it was excellent. Location was good for touring the city. Front desk spoke english.

An extremely kind and professional staff, make you feel at home. Always ready to help and to guide you with anything you may need. Since the front desk employees, Mica, Nico, Cande and Kalley, that are willing to go that extra mile to help, all the way to the waitress Betyana, that will take care of you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and kind attitude,also the cleaning ladies, that are always doing an amazing job in the most quiet way, helping customers to sleep and relax without any disturbing noises. The hotel is located literally walking distance from every tourist attraction . It is close to dining places within ten minutes walk, it does have an active Police security post next door, with Officers walking over day and nights. The bathroom is miniature but clean, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the convenience breakfast is perfect, better that most of the best hotels in USA. If there is a long walk to anywhere you want to go, the front desk will order a taxi for you, at your convenience that will show up exactly on time and with an affordable price. After traveling over 26 countries around the world, I can truly recommend you this hotel with no hesitation. Thank you City Baires for such a nice experience, and for having employees that should make you feel very proud.

Bathroom is very small. Room is spacious. Everything is dated! Location is good.

The location of the hotel is incredible, making it close to everything. The attention from the employees is remarkable, they are simply excellent. The spaces are very careful, they combine the modern with the classic. A very rich breakfast is served with all the current Covid precautions, and not only at breakfast but in all spaces.
