Ich kann nicht einmal erklären, wie erstaunlich dieses Hotel war. Von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, waren die Mitarbeiter uns wunderbar. Das Hotel ist im ganzen Teil schön dekoriert, mit einem sehr großen Gefühl. Wir blieben in der romantischen Suite, und es war überwältigend erstaunlich! Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, die Möbel in der Suite war alle einzigartig und von sehr hoher Qualität. Wir liebten die spirale Treppe und Sitzbereich, mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die kleinen Details im Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich - wunderbare Toiletten, leckere Kaffee aus der Maschine und eine wunderschöne Minibar. Frühstück war unglaublich. Es gibt ein Menü, um von zu bestellen, sowie ein Buffet. Dass Prosecco mit Frühstück war eine echte Behandlung! Der Service war außergewöhnlich und das Personal hat uns die größte Pflege über unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem wunderschönen Bereich und es gibt auch schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und würde absolut lieben, wieder zu bleiben!

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Eingangshalle ist pompös und es gibt diverse Designerläden und eine wundervolle Bar, wo es abends teilweise hervorragende live Musik gibt. Das Personal im Hotel war stets sehr zuvorkommend insb beim Frühstück, welches auch sehr gut war von Auswahl und Qualität. Das Schwimmbad ist recht gross, ebenso der Gym , der auch von Externen genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, das Bad gepflegt. Es verfügte über nicht mehr zeitgemässe Kacheln aber alles gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt am Parlament und der neuen Kathedrale, es gibt keine Metro in der Nähe. Ich empfehle Uber für die kurze Fahrt ins Zentrum da die Taxifahrer versuchen einen zu betrügen. Mit uber zahlte ich ca 3 euro ins Zentrum. Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant Allucinate, zuvorkommende Bedienung, gutes Essen.

Ich war mit meiner Frau für zwei Nächte Gast im Epoche Hotel. Gut wer hier absteigt, sollte wissen das er im Gegensatz zum Hilton oder ähnlichen Häusern schon etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen muss. Trotzdem ist dies meiner Meinung allemal wert. Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage und ist trotzdem so ruhiger gelegen, dass man mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig die Betten von hervorragender Qualität. Fahrräder zur Erkundung der Stadt kann man sich kostenlos ausleihen. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Hilfsbereitschaft der beiden Concierge. Uns wurden alle Reservierungen, wie Citytour, Palastbesichtigung, Buchung anderer Hotels und vieles andere prompt und zuverlässig erledigt. Als wir zwei Tage später von einem Abstecher nach Braslov zurückgetreten, durften wir wieder unserer Gepäck unterstellen und auch die Benutzung des Spas wurde uns angeboten. Das macht für mich den Unterschied zu anderen Häusern. Das Frühstück gibts es allerdings nur in a la card und ist, wenn man außer dem Continental Frühstück irgendwelche Extras möchte nicht gerade billig. Im Hotel Befinden sich noch Sauna, kleiner Pool und Ruheraum für Gäste, die nach einer stressigen Stadterkundung noch etwas entspannen wollen. Fazit. Ein hervorragend geführtes Haus in dem man sich fühlt als wenn man nach Hause kommt.

Ganz schönes Gebäude, Zimmer sind auch ansprechend. Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein. Das beste war der Massageservice! Professionelle Anwendungen, sehr freundlicher Service im Spa! Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber, es folgte sofortg eine Entschuldigungskarte mit einem Apéro, hab ich sehr geschätzt! Zimmerservice / Essen gut!

Wir hatten einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt hier und unser erstes Mal in Rumänien, das Hotel ist gut gelegen und so viele Orte zu besuchen in der Nähe. Das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet, die einzigen kleinen Fehler, weil nicht fünf Sterne zu geben, war das Zimmer war weit zu heiß und nicht gut kontrolliert mit der AC-Einheit, so Angst zu denken, was es in den Sommermonaten wäre? Die Zimmerservice und die Bar schließen sehr früh, so dass wenn Sie später am Abend essen oder trinken wollen, tun Sie es, bevor Sie wieder zum Hotel kommen. Das Personal war erstaunlich, aber halten Sie Ihre Platten am Frühstück oder sie werden wegzoomt!!

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe vorhanden, 8,00 € am Tag. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders möchte ich ROBERT erwähnen, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Extrawünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt. Die Bar ist in den Abendstunden sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind nicht das erste Mal hier und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Dieses Hotel bietet Ihnen ein sauberes, nicht frills Zimmer mit einer tollen Lage in der Altstadt zu einem Preis, den ich deutlich niedriger als andere Hotels in der Umgebung gefunden habe. Die Zimmer haben keinen Safe, haben keine zusätzlichen Kaffee oder Wasser im Zimmer, sie haben nicht einmal einen Schrank. Aber sie sind sehr sauber und haben einen großen scharfen TV. Für die Einsparungen ist es ein Handel, den ich gerne machen möchte und ich würde in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn ich in Bukarest wäre.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here recently for a quick getaway and were not disappointed in the least. From the moment the online reservation was made, the staff communuicated via email asking about airport trasnfers and tours as well as any other requests that we may have. Andrea, Alex and Christian all went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From offering suggestions for things to do, restaurants to eat at or just basic conversation about the area, all of them were extremely helpful and never seemed too busy to chat. We also enjoyed seeing the resident cat, Tom, hanging about in the lobby. We had the Nautica room and found it to be both comfortable and spacious. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the room darkening shades almost worked too well. Other reviews have commented on noise from outside being too loud but we did not really have any issues. We did hear some noise from the restaurant downstairs but most of it was over by 10pm and we never did hear any nightclub noises, however we were not there over a weekend. My only criticism of the room (and this is a personal issue) was that the theme of the room allowed for a window to be placed between the bedroom area and the bathroom such that someone using the toilet could be seen by anyone in the room from certain areas. It may be fine for a couple but as we were a mother-daughter, it was a bit awkward although we did find a solution and managed. Other rooms may not have this configuration. Breakfast was simple but good. Most days had the pretty much the same offerings but there were a few items changed each day so there was some variety. They arranged a private tour for us to visit Bran Castle, Peles Castle, and Brasov with a quick stop at Cantacuzino Castle where the Netflix series Wednesday was filmed. The locations themselves were nice to visit, but what made the tour the most fun for us was our tour guide, Serban. He was extremely energetic and well versed in the history of Romania. We could have booked a group tour, but Serban made the private so fun that it was well worth the extra expense. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to most of the touristy things to do and some excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bucharest.

Struttura in centro molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni che la città offre. Nei paraggi di ristoranti, bar e night club. Grazie alla sua posizione non ho avuto la necessità di prendere i mezzi, che comunque funzionano bene. La mia camera molto pulita e spaziosa, al secondo piano anche silenziosa. La colazione è servita dalle 8 alle 9.30 ed è intercontinentale a buffet. C'è tutto ciò che serve. Mirela alla reception è eccezionale. Accogliente, informata e molto simpatica. Fatevi consigliare da lei per qualsiasi tour o info che può interessarvi è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Grazie di tutto, lo consiglio.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Wahrheit war, das Fenster sah in den Innenhof des Hotels und die Leute bewegten sich hinter dem Fenster, vielleicht ist das das ”Zimmer mit Blick”??? Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker und es ist genug auf dem ”schwedischen Tisch”, wenn nicht sehr genug zu sagen und es ist auf irgendeinen Geschmack :). Minibar habe ich nicht verwendet, und ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum ich gebeten wurde, zwei Mieten mit einem Penny zu zahlen, Vielleicht für Seife und Champagner???
