A basic but clean hotel in a good location not far from the centre.

The staff is so polite. We're allowed to check in early and very smooth. The building is old, and needs a renovation here and there.

Good to stay for 1 night! Nice staff!

地點很好、車站走路5分鐘、房間很乾凈、清掃到位、不過沒有開水壺不能燒水很遺憾。有暖氣、房間乾燥要開窗換氣。

エコノミーシングルルームに宿泊。 中心街からは歩いていける距離にある。看板もあり、ホテルの場所は分かりやすい。 部屋は普通に清潔。 風呂にバスタブはない。 ドライヤーはある。 9月後半なので使用していないが、暖房の設備らしき物もあった。 冷房は無し。扇風機あり。 部屋の鍵はカードキー、外出時も携帯したまま。 フロントの対応はフレンドリー。 フロントのフロアに軽食と飲み物の自販機があった。

空調もなければ、空気の入れ替えも出来ない、そして部屋がとても暑かったです。もう少しそこだけ改善出来たらいいかなと思います

是這幾天最差的住宿體驗，電梯很小，免強擠下我們仨人，房間設施舊，連煮開水壺都沒有，特別是周邊環境差，晚上燥音太大，性價比不高

房子很小，又無窗。是我選的房子就好此，或是店家減服務了？

門口大路施工，提前不知道。房間比較小，位置還不錯。衹能説價格和質量匹配吧

房間確實很小，周邊是南火車站，很亂 早餐沒得選，不算太差，至少麪包能吃

這個價錢十分友好 基本需求都能滿足 吹風機需要到前堂借取 距離midi站 十分鐘左右 下面有當地便利商店 很方便

不會再住，衞生狀況嚇人

Stayed here for one night with my husband while we were on our road trip and I am so glad it was just for a night. First, there is major construction on the road in front. We had to do a few circles because we weren't sure if we could drive down the small side road near the construction site to get to the hotel since we booked this hotel specifically because it had parking. As for parking, it says it's 15euros a night and with tax it comes to 19.40euros. Second, the room felt so cheap and dirty. It hadn't been dusted properly inside the cabinet and the same as in the bathroom. The room felt so dated and had a weird smell. The bed was very basic with two small pillows. The bathroom is bad, the light is connected to the loud fan. The shower is so poorly designed. It's so small and then you feel like your going to fall out of the shower the way the shower head points right in the curtain. There is also no safe in the room, this was the first time I actually wanted to use one cause I didn't feel particularly safe in the hotel. Also only one of the sockets by the bed worked. Third, as for the staff...when checking in the front desk was friendly and helped us park our car. The issue was our room had no towels when we checked in. We told the front desk after we came back from being out and they said it would be 20mins when the next person came and it was around 1.5hrs before my husband just went downstairs and asked them just to give them to him. We had tried to phone the front desk but the phone was not working in the room. Fourth, the location is something to be aware of. It just didn't feel super safe even though we didn't have a problem with anyone. It just doesn't feel like the place to want to wander around as a tourist and out about at night, Let's be honest this hotel was very cheap and you get what you paid for. I would not suggest this hotel for a long stay but if you just need somewhere for a night and you're tight on money......otherwise pay more and get something nicer you would regret it.

+ Rasheed was nice, friendly and cooperative. I made him several requests, and he complied every time. + Location is great, just few minutes of walk from Brussels Midi station. + WIFI was good. + Warm water was available, however, one has to wait few minutes for it. + Lift is available. - Rasheed didn't speak good English, which is important if you are sitting at reception of a hotel. - Construction was going on infront of the hotel, as a result, Google Maps wasn't working at its best when I was navigating to reach the hotel. - Room sizes are weird and/or false information is displayed about them on the page. We had two triple rooms, one was DEFINITELY smaller than the other. Both were NOT of equal sizes. - Lift is small.
