Personale poco affabile se non addirittura maleducato. Camera e bagno angusti, anni 70. TV non funzionante e getto acqua lavandino e doccia irrisori. L'hotel non rende disponibile neanche una guida sui luoghi , né un ombrello in caso di pioggia. La colazione è molto essenziale con pochissima varietà sia sul dolce che sul salato. Certamente lo standard non è di un 4 stelle. Appena adeguato ad un 2 stelle

The hotel is overall very appealing, the staff very nice. We had a weather-related problem on arrival ("Matterhorn Alpine Crossing") and might have had to rebook by phone for a few days. The hotel was prepared to give us a credit towards rebooking despite our "non-cancelable rate" - very friendly !!!! But then everything worked out as originally booked ... For a short stay, the room (three-bedroom suite) was absolutely sufficient for us four people. The room was clean, all amenities provided as expected. Yet, for a longer stay, the very (!!!) small bathroom with toilet and shower certainly would have been a challenge for us.

Mi accodo alle precedenti recensioni sul livello dell albergo . La location , in centro del paese , è perfetta ,ma ci sono molte cose che non lo possono considerare un 4 stelle. Camera ok , ma pulizia approssimativa , bagno di dimensioni minime , doccia piccolissima, impianto elettrico primordiale(vedi foto allegate). Colazione minimale ( torta terminata alle ore 9:00 e brioches contate) , prodotti confezionati di livello medio basso ( latte e yogurt Parmalat) e marmellate dozzinali .Il peggio è stato trovare nel buffet piccoli quadretti di pizza chiaramente resti della serata precedente ( albergo è anche pizzeria ) . Personale gentile

La habitación estaba llena de polvo cuando entramos, los cajones los tuve que limpiar porque habia restos de los huespedes anteriores…el extractor del baño sucisimo…limpiaban la habitacion en 5 minutos y muy tarde, un dia volvimos a las 4 de la tarde y seguia sin estar hecha…no barrian ni fregaban todos los dias…un cajón del baño roto…no cambiaban las toallas o reponian los geles cuando era necesario…la habitación super ruidosa al ser el primero porque tienen el Restaurante justo debajo…recogían las mesas y las sillas de la terraza a las 22:30 de la noche y tardaban una hora por lo menos en acabar de hacer ruido…nos dieron una habitacion con desperfectos solo por venir con Hotels, pero no era calidad 4 estrellas ni merece el precio que tiene…

Great location.
Basic standard with bathtub as a shower and breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy or special.
Condition of the room was a bit worn, and not properly clean.
It said on the website that spa/wellness was included but when we arrived no one mentioned anything about it and when asking, it was fully booked.
Overall it did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

Parking and EV load options are not very close to the hotel and need explanation/directions. Breakfast is wonderful. Smashing location. If you don’t like modern art, do not bother.

Le zone comuni ingannano molto le aspettative!!!! Sono discrete rispetto a quello che troverete nelle camere.... ho visto solo DOPO le foto pubblicate da alcuni ospiti su quanto di fatiscente troverete. Nessun comfort...compreso il NON rifacimento della camera a parte il letto!! All'ingresso dell'albergo sono esposte 4 stelle....ridicoli a dir poco! Il personale è gentile (devono in qualche modo rimediare al disgusto che si troverà nelle camere).

You couldn't find a better location, 100m from the ski lift and right in the main town amongst restaurants and bars. Every single member of staff we came into contact with, both in the hotel and the restaurant, were all fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, thought the breakfast buffet was OK, not brilliant. Modern, clean room with housekeeping everyday. Check out time was 10.00am though the hotel very kindly extended ours until 1.00pm on the basis I was on crutches from an injury and we weren't being picked up until the afternoon. We will certainly return.

Great location close to ski-lift, cozy rooms with a view overlooking the skislopes and mountains (room 401/402). The restaurant is very nice an food great! We had halfboard with a large menu to choose from.
