Er erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen von Belmond. 1. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, das gleiche, was wir in einem kleinen Dorf hatten, ändern Sie einen Koch, nicht schmeckt überhaupt. 2. Auf einem Frühstücksbett Bringt immer Obst und nach 5 Minuten fragen, ob ich sie benötigen. Warum auf der Erde sollte ich in 5 Minuten Obst essen? Und warum brauchen Sie es? Qualität und Vielfalt des Frühstücks ist nicht schön alle Tage hatten wir keine frische Blütenblüten. In meinem Heimatland habe ich Blumenblüten aus Peru und es ist frisch. Wie ist es möglich? 3. Willkommen ist nicht in Belmond-Stil: kein Champagner oder gute Schokolade. 4. Ein Tag fragten wir, das Zimmer vor 12, sie taten, wir kamen und ich war sicher, dass wir allein im Zimmer sind. Als ich nackt war, sah ich einen Gartener in unserer privaten Terrasse. Er sah mich auch. Wie ist es möglich, dass er unsere Terrasse eintrat, als ich im Zimmer war????? Mit keinem Klopfen und Schlag???? 5. Alpacas Futter ist auch Müll: Alle Menschen aus dem Hotel kommen, Sie werden nie schöne Bilder wie auf Instagram. Warum nicht durch Bestellung? Wir hatten viele Erfahrungen mit Tieren in verschiedenen Ländern , das ist das schlimmste. 6. Die Dinge sind nicht gut ausgebildet, die Kommunikation ist super künstlich. Der Ort ist schön, aber das ist es. Schlimmste Belmond, zu dem wir gewesen sind. Führen Sie das Monasterio Belmond über gute Erfahrung und Top-Noch-Service.

Das Hotel ist buchstäblich am Bahnhof! Sehr bequem für die Zugfahrt nach Machu Picchu. Allerdings ist dies eine Öko-Unterkunft - 100 Jahre alt und es fühlt sich so. Es gibt keine Ausstattung zu reden, das Restaurant auf der Website ist sehr begrenzt, vor allem für vegetarische Optionen.  Die Zimmer sind einfach mit Böden und Betten, die schütteln!! (Habe ich gesagt, es ist ein Jahrhundert alt?) Das Badezimmer ist sehr grundlegende und mehr wie ein 2* Hotel. Das Niveau der Möbel ist wieder grundlegende.  Ich habe $425 für 1 Nacht gezahlt und fühlte mich schlecht betrübt. Absolut nicht wert, dass Betrag.  Dienst-Rezeption & alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr warm n freundlich, so dass es wirklich schön war.  Cleanliness- sehr sauber Hotel.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, Sie können den Berg sehen, sehr ruhig 10 Minuten von der Station, mit einer Decke. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Einrichtungen: Gutes Frühstück können Eier auswählen, sehr lecker.

Excellent location in Ollanataytembo. About a 5 minute walk from the main plaza and 15 minutes from the train station. The route to the hotel is along a narrow, stone, bumpy path so taxis or colectivos will drop you at the main plaza and you will have to walk the rest of the way. Check in and out was straightforward and the hosts were lovely people. Breakfast was basic but the orange juice and fruit were fresh and tasty! Room itself was very warm with a veranda looking towards the mountains. Bed very comfortable with extra blankets. Bathroom was a bit small but the shower was good after a long day of hiking. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the Machu Picchu train station and right on the side of the rails. The best thing is that it is also only 2-minutes away from the bus stop that takes visitors to the entrance of Machu Picchu so it is ideal for any early morning excursions. During the day and up until around 9pm there will be trains passing by every once in a while and can get loud, but otherwise there is not too much source of noise. Since Aguas Calientes is a tiny town, most of the restaurants, marketplaces, and cafes are within a 10 to 15-minute walking distance. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a great balcony view of the surrounding mountains. Receptionist Mary was extremely helpful through WhatsApp communications, even coming to the train station to pick up guests, and gave a lot of information about visiting Machu Picchu. Breakfast allowed for an early start to accommodate those having early morning entrance tickets, and it was a decent buffet of varied food and made-to-order eggs. They were also very generous to allow guests to stay and rest in the reception area after check-out time and keep bags in storage before taking a late afternoon train. All in all a great choice if you are planning to visit Machu Picchu

Das Hotel am Fluss ist super groß und der Geräusch ist sehr schlecht, es schläft nicht gut, die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr alt, es hat einen frieren Geschmack, es schläft nicht sehr gut. Früh wurde uns gebeten, zum Frühstück zu gehen 😂, aber ich kann nicht aufstehen und schlafen, also weiß ich nicht, wie das Frühstück ist, Die Mitarbeiter sind immer noch sehr enthusiastisch.

This local insight was invaluable and made our trip much smoother. · Good Daily Breakfast: The included breakfast was tasty and satisfying, providing a great start to the day. It's also the time when tea and coffee are served, so you can get your caffeine fix before heading out. · Clean and Tidy: Daily cleaning service is provided, and our room was always kept spotless. The hotel feels very well-maintained. · Convenient Currency: As noted, USD is widely accepted in the area at the market rate, which includes settling your bill at the hotel. This makes things very easy for international travelers. Things to Note: · No In-Room Tea/Coffee: Be aware that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You'll need to wait for the breakfast service or pop out to one of the many nearby cafes if you want a drink outside of those hours.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt auch kostenloses Mittagessen oder Abendessen, sehr gut, die Zimmerausstattung ist allgemein, aber es wird geschätzt, dass es bereits sehr gut vor Ort gibt, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch sehr gut

Die Einrichtungen sind alle Zimmer ruhig, die Umgebung ist schön, das Zimmer ist unverfärbt, der Rezeptionservice ist sehr behutsam, um die Menschen warm zu fühlen. Zusammenfassend sehr zufrieden.
