Das Hotel ist auch von Essen und Komfortgeschäften umgeben, sowie nur 5 Minuten vom JR Station Nagoya entfernt. Das WC war jedoch ein wenig krampft, ein kleines Problem.

I always choose Nagoya Tokyu Hotel whenever I stay in Nagoya. The location is excellent, with convenient access to Sakae and the surrounding areas. It is a practical choice not only for short stays but also for business trips. This time, I stayed in a single room, as I have on previous occasions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was quiet, the bed had just the right firmness, and I was always able to get a good night's sleep. The amenities provided were complete, and I had everything I needed during my stay. I also truly appreciate that my requests are always properly understood and accommodated. However, there is one area that I hope could be improved: the front desk service. On several occasions, especially with some younger female staff members, I felt that the response could have been warmer. For example, when asking a question or making a request, there were times when the staff continued working on the computer or their task while responding, even when checking the computer did not seem necessary. This gave me the impression that the staff member was not fully engaged with the guest. The front desk is the place where guests form their first impression of a hotel. Even a brief moment of stopping the task at hand and facing the guest directly would make the service feel much more welcoming and professional. Overall, I greatly appreciate the hotel’s excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the fact that my requests are consistently handled well. If the front desk experience could be improved further, this would become an even more satisfying hotel that I would be happy to continue choosing for my stays in Nagoya.

Excellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is very clean, and I have no complaints at all. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt im Meittesu Inn Nagoya Nishiki war sehr komfortabel und komfortabel. I recently stayed 9h Nine Hours in Nagoya and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The sleeping pods are located on a different floor from the shower area, changing room, and luggage storage. On the positive side, this setup helps keep the sleeping area quiet and comfortable. I was able to rest well every night without being disturbed by noise. However, the separation of the facilities can be a little inconvenient. If you forget something in your luggage or need to grab an item, you have to take the elevator and move between floors. In addition, the shower and grooming area can get quite crowded during peak hours, especially in the early morning and late evening. At those times, you may need to wait for a shower, hair dryer, or space to get ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

I like this hotel because it's so convenient for shopping and dining. The place is quiet at night. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in front of the hotel but it's not really buffet style. There are 3 sets to choose from. There's a salad and drink bar. Parking is at a shopping center around the corner but there is a parking lot directly in front of the hotel which you can unload your bags: 300yen for 15mins There's a coin laundry on the 8th floor. It's a wash/dry combo which is very good as it saves time and you can even set a code to lock it to prevent theft. Hotel will provide you a discount ticket so make sure you ask for it before you exit the car park. The discount ticket is worth at least 1000yen if you are parking overnight.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett und freundlich. Genießt das Frühstücksbuffet auch, wie kochenes Essen, sehr komfortabel. Und ich liebe, dass sie jeden Tag eine heiße Augenmaske kostenlos liefern! Es kam mit den Handtüchern. Ausgezeichneter Service!
