Das Hotel ist in Ordnung und die Lage ist sehr gut. Ich gehe jeden Morgen auf den Ramblas joggen. Auch der Michelin im zweiten Stock des Hotels ist köstlich. Ein Stern wurde abgezogen, weil es verständlich ist, dass bei früher Ankunft kein Platz zum Einchecken vorhanden ist, es aber keine anderen Lösungen gibt (z. B. eine Aufwertung des Zimmers, um einen frühen Check-in zu ermöglichen, oder die Organisation einer Kaffeepause). Als letzten Ausweg blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als mich in den Kaffee- und Dessertladen nebenan zu setzen. Das Ergebnis war, dass mir innerhalb von zehn Minuten, nachdem ich mich hingesetzt hatte, meine Tasche gestohlen wurde ... Über die anschließende Erfahrung werde ich aber nicht sprechen Ich fand es jedenfalls unangenehm. Da ich oft nach Spanien komme und meine Flüge immer morgens ankommen, werde ich mich auch in Zukunft für das Grand Palace Hotel entscheiden. Sicherheit geht vor.

As a repeat guest of Catalonia Hotels & Resorts (I’ve stayed at Catalonia Square 4* Sup several times and consider myself a loyal member of the chain), I had high expectations when booking Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia 4*. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete letdown. I’ll start with the positives: the location is excellent, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Beyond that, however, there was a striking absence of genuine hospitality. The luggage delivery service felt staged and carried an obvious expectation of tips, more reminiscent of a comedic trope than professional hotel service. As a returning guest, I received zero acknowledgment or mention of any loyalty recognition. To make matters worse, the reception staff at checkout didn’t even bother to say “thank you” or “goodbye.” The overall demeanor felt indifferent, as though accommodating guests was a burden rather than their responsibility. What’s particularly concerning is the complete lack of transparency regarding costs. Trip.com does not receive the full pricing breakdown from the hotel, which results in misleading booking conditions. There was absolutely no mention of a required deposit during the reservation process. Yet, I was charged a €200 hold for a two-night stay, allegedly to cover minibar charges or potential room damage. At checkout, no one inspected the room. If there’s no verification process, what is the real purpose of withholding funds? It felt less like a standard safeguard and more like an unnecessary financial hurdle. Even more troubling was the city tax discrepancy. My booking voucher clearly stated a €12.45 tourist tax, but I was charged €19.50 upon departure. When I questioned the difference, I received no explanation and was not provided with an official receipt. For a 4-star property, this level of billing opacity is unacceptable. The hotel’s policies and general atmosphere feel rigidly outdated, evoking 19th-century formality without any of the accompanying warmth or modern guest care. Finally, the breakfast was notably underwhelming: limited selection, repetitive, and well below the standard expected at this price point. While my previous experiences at Catalonia Square have always been positive and professional, Catalonia Passeig de Gràcia failed to meet even basic standards of courtesy, transparency, and service. I strongly advise future guests to verify all fees directly with the hotel before arrival and to keep detailed records of any charges. Until management addresses these operational gaps, I cannot recommend this property to fellow travelers or to loyal guests of the Catalonia chain.

Onix Fira seems like a junior hotel in that it has a great deal of potential, but consistently falls short and seems to be having some crisis of identity and growing pains as a hotel. TLDR: I would not stay here again at the rate I paid at booking. It is a decent hotel, but one should only pay $105-$120/night for what it offers. Here’s what’s going right for it: - very clean facilities and room - located across from a mall that also has a grocery store , which is great for grabbing anything you forgot to pack or raw veggies - a nice 2nd floor reading area - a nice rooftop terrace for doing yoga if you bring a mat I have 3 years of experience working for major brand hotels. Here’s where I think Onix Fira can stand to improve: - greeting guests at reception (did a guest have a long journey? Express curiosity, compassion and enthusiasm for the effort they’ve already made. No one wants to be on a 14 hour flight and be received by someone in a bad mood who looks like they have better things to do). - common sense fixes: a) put hooks on the bathroom doors so guests can hang wet towels, b) have a soap dish for your soap, c) the consequence of imitation stainless steel buttons for the toilet.. they leave fingerprint stains that look gross, d) have a blanket or bedspread available in the room and not just the top sheet even though it’s hot out, e) add hair dryers in bathroom, f) have a complimentary bottle of water ready for guests when they enter tthieir room, especially if it’s 90 degree weather in the summer. That’s humane. And no one charging $200/night+ has any business offering less - more pool lounge chairs during the summer - advertise with photos that don’t use a fishbowl lens, be honest that the pool is small - advertise honestly that one must climb 1.5 slights of stairs to reach pool. That’s an accessibility issue for disabled guests - have replenished towels available for guests - have the pool hours actually open during posted hours - offer activities for solo travelers to socialize; you have a whole beautiful 2nd floor level that could be a great space for games, wine tasting, a silly interaction of your choice. I never saw anyone use this space and activities could make the stay more worthwhile. - offer concierge services and recommendations - have a manager on duty available to talk to guests 7 days/week -consider different hallway lighting than red light; red light feels like a ******* Some specific stuff that went wrong in my stay: - key card for room stopped working after one night - power/electricity/AC went out 3x in one night - no one advertised there was construction in front of the hotel .. a total eyesore and noisy during weekdays - drunk guy wandering my floor thst no one stopped at reception and/or no one accompanied him to his room to make sure he wasn’t upsetting - no manager or person with decision making power was available to answer questions - no complimentary services offered for various inconveniences, not even empathy offered Hope things get better!

Das Hotelinterieur ist ordentlich. Allerdings ist das Waschbecken im Badezimmer unpraktisch gestaltet, zu flach und es fehlt der in anderen Hotels übliche Handtuchhalter. Das Obst zum Frühstück ist frisch, inklusive frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, die Auswahl ist jedoch insgesamt zu begrenzt und eintönig, insbesondere die Gemüseauswahl ist gering. Zudem blieb das Frühstücksmenü mehrere Tage lang unverändert, was nicht ganz dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels entspricht.

Lovely hotel right across the Casa Batllo. Friendly staff. Working A.C. and elevators, though WiFi is a bit weak at times. We stayed on the 2F and could hear the sounds of passing train/subways at night but it wasn’t disturbing or too noisy for us. We slept well. No breakfast, but there’s a nice lounge area with complementary water and coffee. Many nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended.

Gute Lage, der Raum ist gut für Paare Reisende. Die Rezeption liegt hinter dem Hotelzimmer, das wenig schwierig zu finden ist (neben dem McD-Signal). Rezeption ist sehr schön, Frühstück ist ein Buffet-Stil und haben eine gute Auswahl!

Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel. Die Toilettenartikel stammen von einer hochwertigen spanischen Marke und der weiße Tee riecht großartig! Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben dem Bahnhof, 15-20 Minuten zum Flughafen ohne Stau und 10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum Passeig de Gracia! Mein Flug war am nächsten Morgen um 6 Uhr, aber ich hatte versehentlich das falsche Datum gebucht. Ich habe vor dem Abflug im Hotel angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass sie es für mich ändern könnten, aber weil die Reservierung über die Drittanbieterplattform Ctrip erfolgte, Ich musste noch Ctrip kontaktieren! Dann habe ich mich sofort an den Ctrip-Kundendienst gewandt. Ich möchte dem Ctrip-Kundendienst mein besonderes Lob dafür aussprechen, dass er so schnell wie möglich mit ihnen kommuniziert hat. Als ich aus dem Flugzeug stieg, sagte ich, sie hätten gut kommuniziert und seien einfach zum Hotel gegangen.

Ich war letzte Woche im Generator und war mit meinem Aufenthalt wirklich zufrieden. Die Einrichtungen waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war ebenso bemerkenswert; immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen gerne behilflich. Eine weitere große Stärke von Generator ist seine Lage. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend, so dass Sie die Stadt problemlos erkunden können. Es ist definitiv ein idealer Ort für junge Leute, die alleine reisen und Leute kennenlernen möchten, da es die soziale Interaktion stark fördert. Ich würde es auch für Gruppen von Freunden empfehlen, die eine lebendige und funktionale Atmosphäre genießen möchten. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall noch einmal in Betracht ziehen!

Ein schönes Hotel in einer Gegend von Barcelona, ​​das über zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze, ein komfortables Zimmer und ein Badezimmer verfügt. Alle sind sauber, es gibt einen Fernseher und einen Schreibtisch. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine oder Teeservice. Aber wir waren gut. Zur Sagrada Familia sind es etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß Mit der U-Bahn gelangen Sie in einer Haltestelle zur Sagrada Familia und in drei Haltestellen nach La Pedrera. La Pedrera und Casa Batlló sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nehmen Sie die U-Bahn zum sechs Haltestellen entfernten Bahnhof Sens, von wo aus zahlreiche Züge nach Madrid und in andere Städte verkehren. Das Hotel liegt nicht allzu weit vom Park Güell entfernt und eignet sich daher als touristischer Zwischenstopp. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über eine durchschnittliche Ausstattung, eine etwas schlechte Schalldämmung und keinen Wasserkocher oder kostenloses Wasser. Im ersten Stock gibt es jedoch eine Mikrowelle und einen Verkaufsautomaten. Die ersten beiden Bilder zeigen den Eingang zum Hotel und das dritte Bild zeigt das St. Paul's Hospital auf der anderen Straßenseite, das heute als Architekturmuseum geöffnet ist.
