服務很好，前台工作人員很熱情，給我推薦景點餐廳並且很關心我這個旅客，還和我們愉快聊天，但是房間很差，大概三個房間12人共同一個浴室廁所，室友素質一般，床很硬，房間有異味，一晚上沒睡好

Es war eine Notunterkunft, weil ich viel zu spät ein Hotel gesucht habe - Sehr große Messe... alles weg...! Ich habe gelernt: Ich kann, neben Steigenberger Hotels und dem Adlon in Berlin, auch ”6 Betten im Zimmer Hostel” ;) Und dafür war es wirklich prima! ich hätte mir noch beschriftete Haken (1-6) für die Handtücher gewünscht. Preis / Leistung ist voll gelungen und meinen Kindern werde ich dieses Hostel gerne weiterempfehlen. Ich selber freue mich auf das nächste Steigenberger Hotel :)

The stay was very pleasant at Soul Backpackers. The dormitories were clean and maintained. The common areas were colorful, well-kept, easy to socialise and meet new people. The staff is also courteous and friendly. They are a but pricey coz of proximity to main areas but overall and wonderful stay for few nights!

There is thief in this hostel! I almost lost my phone but luckily the police find it, it is hide somewhere else in the hostel, but there is no direct evidence to charge that suspect, all the hostel can do is to kick him out. Another Korean women are that lucky as the police couldn’t find her phone at last. The staff are really helpful when dealing with this issue and I really appreciate that. The staff did warn all guest to be careful for their own things and make sure to lock all of them in the locker the night before. The owner of the hostel also offer me help immediately during the whole process. Thank you again. About this hostel, the location is really convenient and with a fair price in the city centre. The kitchen is a bit small but it is acceptable. The shower room is okay for me and the shower room is clean in general. However, for the bed-set & towel you will have to pay 3 euro for it. Else, you can only sleep with a pillow with no bedsheet during your stay. If you pay card & the amount is less than 120 euro, they will charge extra 5% fee. So you better have some cash. Like all the other hostel, you should be aware of your own valuables and lock them up in the locker. Overall, I would recommend this hostel despite the sad incident happen on me.

Ich war letzte Woche im Generator und war mit meinem Aufenthalt wirklich zufrieden. Die Einrichtungen waren in ausgezeichnetem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war ebenso bemerkenswert; immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen gerne behilflich. Eine weitere große Stärke von Generator ist seine Lage. Die Anbindung ist hervorragend, so dass Sie die Stadt problemlos erkunden können. Es ist definitiv ein idealer Ort für junge Leute, die alleine reisen und Leute kennenlernen möchten, da es die soziale Interaktion stark fördert. Ich würde es auch für Gruppen von Freunden empfehlen, die eine lebendige und funktionale Atmosphäre genießen möchten. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall noch einmal in Betracht ziehen!

We recently stayed in a 4-bunk room at this hostel for two nights. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were a few notable drawbacks. Pros:- The locker and bed facilities were excellent, spacious, secure, and more than adequate for four guests. The general service was acceptable, with staff being reasonably responsive and helpful. Cons:- The shower was a major issue. Despite adjusting the temperature lever, it often only produced hot water, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. The air conditioning was inconsistent and, at times, ineffective. In a humid climate, this made the room feel unbearably hot. Unfortunately, opening the window isn’t an option, as it’s linked to the air conditioning system and automatically shuts off when the window is opened. Summary:- While the sleeping arrangements and security features were commendable, the poor shower and unreliable air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort. These are essential amenities, especially in a humid environment, and I hope the hostel addresses them soon.

I love this place; the room is so comfy, they have such a homey vibes and so comforting, after spending time in Barcelona Stadium and Sagrada Familia, I took metro to go to this place which I found it so easy to reach by the metro .Definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a good experience in Barcelona.

Der Aufenthalt war nicht gut. Erstens mangelt es an Kommunikation unter den Mitarbeitern. Ich hatte zwei separate Buchungen und fragte beim Check-in ausdrücklich, ob ich dazwischen auschecken müsste. Die Rezeptionistin sagte nein und ich bezahlte die Kurtaxe für beide Zeiträume. Heute betraten jedoch zwei Mitarbeiter mein Zimmer ohne anzuklopfen und sagten mir, ich solle auschecken und die Kurtaxe bezahlen, und dass ich im falschen Bett sei. Es dauerte über fünf Minuten, bis sie die Situation geklärt hatten. Zweitens sind die Hoteleinrichtungen veraltet. Der Aufzug kommt oft nicht, wenn man ihn ruft; manchmal passiert fünf Minuten lang nichts. Auch der Verkaufsautomat funktioniert nicht richtig. Er hat mir 2,50 Euro abgebucht, aber das Produkt kam nicht raus. Als ich dies dem Personal an der Rezeption mitteilte, sagten sie, der Verkaufsautomat gehöre nicht dem Hotel und sie könnten nichts tun. Sie drückten zwar ihr Bedauern aus, boten aber keine Entschädigung an. Das ist zwar verständlich, beeinträchtigte aber trotzdem meine Stimmung.

The place is clean but the lady in the reception with specs is sarcastic. She expect people to understand her. While she was talking so rude the other guy was laughing. better dont get this kind of people as it will ruin your reputation as you are running a service related business. And sometimes you wont know how a customer can help the business gain good eyeballs.
