I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Wir haben drei Nächte mit vier Familienmitglieder gelebt. Dies ist ein ruhiger Ort, etwa zehn Minuten Fahrt von der Stadt Atakama entfernt. Wenn der Besitzer uns nicht die genaue Position erzählt, können Sie nie erreichen. Schöne Hunde und Katze begrüßen mich. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber, leicht zu benutzen und mit den wenigsten notwendigen Ausrüstungen ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich toll, mit Mikrowellenschalen. Die Eigentümer scheinen an der gleichen Stelle zu leben, aber keine übermäßige Störung, und die Privatsphäre wird geschützt. Als ich fragte, wie man die Schale entfernen oder auf WhatsApp um die Beutel zu ergänzen gebeten hatte, antwortete er sofort. Ich konnte gute Erinnerungen mit den Kindern hinterlassen.

Das beste Auswahl mit perfekten Dienstleistungen. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel war neu und sehr komfortabel mit so schönem Innen- und Außenbereich. Es ist so beste Lage in der Nähe des Mall Costanera Center und CBD. Sehr schöne Aussichten. Auch die Hotelzimmer mit der Küche, einschließlich aller Küchenausstattung und Zubehör. Das Front Desk des Hotels war sehr freundlich und warm. Mein Flug war früh am Morgen nach meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Vordertafel (Ihr Name war Catalina) gab mein Frühstück an meinem Zimmer am Vortag. Auch sie gab mir ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Aussichten. Das Fenster war auf der Suche nach dem Sky Costanera Center, ich bin so dankbar für das Hotel-Vorzeigebüro Catalina und ihre Kollegin, die ein Mann war. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, neben Guangzhou Restaurant (alte Auslandsreise ist sehr gut, das Restaurant ist sehr gut, aber die Daddy ist gut) und das Yuanqi House (Chinesen sind gut geöffnet, das Gesicht ist gut, das Liege ist auch gut), es ist auch bequem, das Frühstück des Hotels ist auch gut in Santiago, sehr neutral und es gibt keinen Lichtpunkt, Das einzige schlechte ist natürlich auch, dass alle Trip.com-Hotels im Ausland schlecht sind, kochen, der Preis wird steigen, sehr fern... Es gibt Nachrichten, die Sie wissen möchten, der Dachpool ist sehr klein, ich weiß nicht, wie lange das Wasser nicht mehr dauert, um es zu wechseln.

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

El check in es muy bueno y rápido. La calidad del desayuno no es muy buena, por ejemplo, las frutas están duras. Me gustó que haya un filtro de agua a disposición en la recepción y en todos los pisos. La piscina es bastante estrecha y que yo sepa no hay toallas a disposición allí. Finalmente, un pequeño detalle salimos antes desayuno las 7 de la mañana, horario oficial del desayuno y nos negaron poner en un plato un par de cosas para comer aunque el bufet ya estaba listo.

Чистота, прекрасный завтрак, хоть и мало горячей пищи, но это компенсировано прекрасными сырами и фруктами. Идеальное расположение. Ужинала в ресторане отеля - все было очень вкусно, хороший выбор вина. Теплый бассейн на 20 этаже, спортзал. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Советую отель для пребывания в Сантьяго и с удовольствием вернусь снова! Спасибо за прекрасный прием!❤️❤️❤️

Meine Frau und ich waren vor vier Jahren für unseren Hochzeitstag hier. Es scheint, als ob der Ort die gleiche geblieben ist, was kein Kompliment ist. Das Zimmer wurde getaucht, aber keine Slips wurden uns gegeben. Die Klimaanlage würde laut und zufällig während der Nacht, die mich wachbrachte, buzzen. Aus irgendeinem Grund mussten Badewanne drainhalter beantragt werden, und die zwei Nächte, die ich für eine beantragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, sie waren alle raus. Ich verbrachte zwei Nächte, um ein Bad zu nehmen, um sich zu entspannen, und ich konnte es nicht. Die Aufzüge sind extrem alt und müssen ernsthaft ersetzt werden - die Tür würde vor uns geschlossen, wenn wir auf eine warten und ich wurde einmal von den Türen gefangen. Das beste Teil dieses Hotels ist das Frühstück. Es hat eine große Vielfalt und die Qualität der Obst und Geschmack ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

I am so happy. #hapi Everything was great. The room was cozy and the personal was kind.
