I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

Es ist leicht in einer Sackgasse zu finden. Draußen weist eine Mauer den Weg zum Laden. Die Küche ist recht komplett, die Sanitäranlagen sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr seriös Der öffentliche Raum ist ebenfalls groß und es ist sehr entspannend, dort zu sitzen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich

Very good location. Metro stn 10min away. Many restaurant n eateries in the immediate vincinity. Room is clean with necessary amenities. Front desk service is excellent. The staff were most helpful. I had a wonderful stay there.

Das Zimmer ist groß, das Hotel ist am Rande des Hochgebäudes, die Umgebung ist sehr heiß; die Tür ist auf der Straße zu reparieren, so dass es Probleme gibt, um den Bus zu fahren, um an der Seite der Straße zu platzieren. Das gegenüberliegende Düsenhaus ist von Chinesen geöffnet, aber das Gesicht ist nicht süß.

Great hotel in a really good location. Breakfast is fantastic, room spacious and very comfortable. Wifi was a little slow, which is surprising for a business hotel and no pool / steam sauna. Otherwise superb!

這次我們一家四口入住四人房。第一眼感覺房間不算特別大，但發現設計真的非常用心，空間規劃得十分巧妙。我們4個人、4件大行李加4件小行李都能各自找到合適的位置，完全不會擁擠或凌亂，活動空間也很自在。細節處處體現貼心與實用，讓我們住得舒適又安心。 對家庭出遊來説，這樣的空間安排真的非常加分。既能滿足收納需求，也能保有彼此的舒適距離。整體體驗非常滿意，是一家我們願意再次選擇、也會推薦給家庭旅客的酒店。

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Wir mögen das Hotel organisierte Empfang nur unser Zimmer, dass das Fenster fehlerhaft war, Wind und das Bett war in der Wand, aber wir beanspruchten nicht im Hotel unsere Reise war gut gelaufen, Sie müssen einen Lunch Box bestellen, das Hotel bereitet VC zum Essen, wenn Sie vor dem Frühstück rausgehen.
