KKMSIch war kürzlich im Sofia Novotel und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, bieten einen komfortablen Raum, um nach einem bemühten Tag zu entspannen. Die Betten waren perfekt nicht zu fest und nicht zu weich, die einen tollen Schlaf sichern. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt über die Straße von einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen, was es unglaublich bequem für Essen, Einkaufen und Unterhaltung machte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, bietet eine gute Auswahl an frisch und schmeckenden Optionen, um den Tag zu beginnen. Die einzige Nebenwirkung war der Fitnessraum, der ziemlich klein ist und keine schweren freien Gewichte und eine Pull-up-Bar. Während es gut für eine Grundausbildung ist, könnten diejenigen, die nach einem umfassenderen Fitness-Setup suchen, enttäuscht sein. Insgesamt ist Sofia Novotel eine große Auswahl für seine Lage, Komfort und Service, aber Fitness-Enthusieker könnten die Fitnesseinrichtungen begrenzt finden. Ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben!

JJn_foodieBest 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

GGastnutzerThe Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

FFilipino Traveler & Entrepreneur - Beverly VegaHotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

GGastnutzerHotel is good, service leaves much to be desired. We arrived at the hotel at 2 p.m. and asked on reception if the room is ready (normal check-in at 3 p.m.). The answer was that the room will be ready by check-in time (3 p.m.). We came to the reception at 3 p.m., our room was not ready. The reception lady asked ask to wait 10-15 min. We came to the reception at 15:30, the room was not ready. The lady apologised and asked us to wait 15-20 min maximum. We came at 16:10 - the room was not ready. On my question “when will it be ready?” I’ve got the answer “I don’t know”. I asked the lady to call to the floor responsible/cleaning supervisor and clarify. The answer was “ I already called them, they also don’t know”. I got angry as nobody could tell me when we can expect the room ready. After I applied to their manager, the key was provided to us in 5 min. The room was not so bad, but in the bathroom there was strong sewage smell that stayed in the room for the whole night.

NNoi ChaUnser Aufenthalt im Hotel Budapest in Sofia war angenehmen und bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, leicht zugänglich und nahe zu vielen wichtigen Attraktionen, so dass es eine perfekte Basis für die Erforschung der Stadt. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war lecker, mit einer Vielzahl gut zubereiteter Gerichte, die unsere Erwartungen erfüllten. Der Abendessensservice während des Neujahres war jedoch bemerkenswert langsamer, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der großen Zahl der Gäste, die die Gelegenheit feiern. Obwohl die Wartezeit angesichts der Urlaubsgeschwindigkeit verständlich war, hätte etwas mehr Effizienz die Erfahrung verbessert. Das Hotel Budapest bietet im Allgemeinen eine gute Küche, eine gute Lage und eine willkommene Atmosphäre. Mit wenig Aufmerksamkeit auf den Service während der Spitzenzeiten ist es eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Sofia!

JJFOThis hotel has a wonderful breakfast spread. We enjoyed the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. There is a wide choice of selection and everything was delicious. The room was clean and spacious, though the furnishings are dated. Reception is very friendly and helpful. Not the best location in Sofia, but convenient for trams. About 10 minutes walk to Sofia centre or Sofia Mall. 5 minutes walk to the Ladies Market. Not many shops or restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
