Great stay, hotel was was really premium and fantastic service from the staff Breakfast and room service was high quality Pool, Sauna and gym were all really great and felt luxurious, the pool especially was very relaxing Location is a little far from the centre but quick metro ride close by or hotel was great at organising taxis Would highly recommend!!!

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Ich habe zwei Nächte in einem sehr sauberen Hotel verbracht, das einen neuen Eindruck machte und modern ausgestattet war. Es lag praktischerweise in der Nähe eines Supermarkts. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr über den zweistündigen späten Check-out an meinem letzten Abend gefreut. Ich hoffe, in Zukunft wieder hier übernachten zu können.

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

Sehr enttäuschend Service – Nicht werth the Price Ich war kürzlich im Hotel COOP Sofia und hatte eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit einem der Rezeptoren Mariana. Als ich die Rezeption angerufen habe, um etwas Eis für mein Zimmer zu beantragen, informierte sie mich ,in einem ziemlich harten Ton ! Dass das Hotel keine Eis zu den Zimmern liefert und dass ich nach unten gekommen war, um es selbst zu sammeln. Als ich versuchte zu erklären, dass ich am Vorabend Eis in meinem Zimmer erhalten hatte, setzte sie plötzlich das Telefon auf. Als ich in die Lobby ging, um die Situation zu klären, sagte ich ihr, dass ihr Verhalten unzulässig war und eine Entschuldigung wäre sinnvoll. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, behauptete sie, sie sei „zu beschäftigt“ und dass es „zu viele Gäste“ gab, obwohl die Lobby zu dem Zeitpunkt völlig leer war. Sie fragte dann wieder absichtlich, ob ich noch das Eis wollte. Ich bat um eine Rede mit ihrem Aufsichtsrat, aber sie machte sich vor, nicht zu verstehen, was ich meine. Schließlich brachte sie mir eine kleine Menge Eis in einem Papierkuchen. Erst nachdem ich darauf bestanden hatte, kam sie mit einem Eisbock und Zungen zurück. Diese Serviceleistung liegt weit unter dem, was man von einem vier Start-Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Die Erfahrung hat einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen, und ich werde sicher nicht wieder hier bleiben. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Ich blieb 3 Tage als Fernbediener im WN Hotel und war bei jeder Umstellung angenehmen überrascht. Der Selbst-Check-in- und -Check-out-Prozess war schwach, und der Schlüssellose Bluetooth-Türeingang machte es unermüdlich zu kommen und zu gehen. Die Zimmer sind riesig perfekt für die Einrichtung eines komfortablen Arbeitsplatzes.Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, und das Personal war unglaublich willkommen und hilfreich, wann immer ich etwas benötigte. Das Hotel liegt nicht im Stadtzentrum (so kann es weniger ideal für Reisende sein, die Sofia in nur einem Tag erkunden), es ist absolut Himmel für Fernarbeiter. Die Umgebung ist lebendig und boomt mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants, die eine junge, produktive Vibe verleihen. Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Sehr schönes Hotel zu bleiben! Zimmer sind so groß...besonders mit Balkon! Hauspflege funktioniert sehr gut! Launge Club empfehlen nichts zu tun für $50! Die Lage ist perfekt! Alle offiziellen Organisationen sind sehr geschlossen. Empfohlen!

Nutzen Sie es als Hotel, wenn Sie ein einsamer Reisende sind. Ich bin spät in der Nacht geflogen und es gibt einen Shuttlebus auf Anruf, das ist der größte Vorteil. In der Morgendämmerung ist der Shuttlebus weniger häufig, aber das ist noch gut, Sie können leicht den Transport rund um die Hauptstadt finden.

Water pressure was very good.  • Products & Towels: Basic amenities were provided. Some towels showed signs of wear with frayed edges.  🍳 Food & Beverage • Included: Yes, breakfast was included.  • Variety & Quality: A very complete breakfast buffet, offering both hot and cold, sweet and savory options, including some local specialties.  • Negative Point: The only drawback was the juice, which tasted artificial, like a powdered mix.  🏊 Common Areas & Facilities • Facilities: The hotel features a spa, sauna, indoor pool, a restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a casino.  👨💼 Service Evaluation • Reception: Morning staff was serious.
