She was extremely patient in answering all my questions during the check-in process and kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room is clean, spacious and has a great view. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and the location is convenient. Thanks to Saly's thoughtful service, this trip was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again!

KKei.missingDie Living Room Bar ist eine Muss zu besuchen !! Tony und seine Kollegen waren super Gastgeber, gemischt uns die meisten Menü-Einträge, und unsere Lieblings waren die Beet-ness und Espresso 2.0. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht im 19. Stock und dachten, die Nacht sah gut aus. Erwachen, um so viel Brisbane am Morgen zu sehen, war eine echte Überraschung. Frühstücks-Buffet-Menü-Optionen waren groß, aber wir haben aus der à la carte Menu mit einigen fantastischen Kaffees gepaart, um den Tag zu beginnen.

GGastnutzerThe service of the concierge, reception and porter were absolutely faultless. They were very helpful, efficient, polite and respectful. The cleaniness of the room was questionable with public hair on the bathroom wall and some sort of dirt splattering on the tiles. There is some much needed maintenance/updating to be done and consultation with the practicality of the layout of the room and bathroom. The pool was not accessible by the time I checked in after my late flight and I could not use it early enough the next morning before I needed to depart which was very disappointing as I need to swim daily. Breakfast in the morning had lots to offer and it was clearly all freshly well made/delicious. I wish I had had more time to enjoy that and make it worthwhile. People with disability’s may have difficulty with the heavy lid containers that house the hot food. Room service was exceptionally slow, inaccurate and poor quality. If you are happy to spend $10 for a single latte to be brought to your room you would hope that it was available as listed or the alternative offered was at least delivered quickly and well made. Notes to room service were not read. Would stay again if I was purely considering the breakfast, concierge, reception and porter staff as mentioned. If the rooms, facilities, protocols and room service have not been updated then I’d give it a miss.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es liegt relativ weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Fußweg dauert mehr als 10 Minuten. Das Schleppen des Koffers ist etwas umständlich. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und eines davon wurde zu einem großen Zimmer mit zwei extragroßen Betten aufgewertet.

__yt60174****Die Ausstattung dieses Apartment-Hotels ist eher einfach gehalten. Als wir im zweiten Stock wohnten, fanden wir Ameisen auf dem Bett. Im Zimmer gab es nur einen kleinen Mülleimer in der Toilette. Die Duschutensilien und der Schaumseifenspender am Waschbecken waren identisch. Es empfiehlt sich, eigenes Shampoo und Duschgel mitzubringen. Das Personal war professionell und freundlich, aber die Rezeption war nach 19 Uhr unbesetzt. Wir mussten anrufen, um die Schlüsselkarte zu erhalten. Insgesamt war das Erlebnis mittelmäßig.
