Das Hotel ist ein hervorragendes Hotel mit fantastischen Aufenthaltserfahrungen! Ich möchte dem Personal Sally für ihren erstaunlichen Service meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen. Sie war sehr geduldig, alle meine Fragen während des Einchecks beantworten und freundlich ein Zimmer upgrade für mich, was meinen Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Das upgrade Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig und hat einen großen Blick. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind gut gepflegt und die Lage ist bequem. Dank der gedankenvollen Service von Sally war diese Reise perfekt. Hoch empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel und wird es definitiv wieder wählen!

Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Die Lobby war prachtvoll und elegant, die Zimmer geräumig und hell mit bodentiefen Fenstern und atemberaubender Aussicht, und die Betten waren weich und bequem – ich habe wunderbar geschlafen und bin von selbst aufgewacht. Das Badezimmer hatte eine separate Dusche und Toilette, und die Pflegeprodukte stammten alle von hochwertigen Marken. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, half proaktiv mit dem Gepäck und empfahl Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl mit einem raffinierten chinesischen und westlichen Buffet. Fitnessraum und Pool waren neu, ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch, nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufsstraßen und der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – absolut empfehlenswert!

The concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience. However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍

Had a really good experience with them back in Adelaide but Brisbane branch service is not as good as compared to Adelaide. But overall with the price the room and breakfast are great 🥰

Stay at W Brisbane hotel twice this year,always enjoyed the swim with kid and convenient to walk around to the Queenstreet mall and all the stuff were very friendly to us and we had good time there.

Die Lage ist sehr gut kann nicht außerhalb des Gebäudes, das Gebäude ist alt, aber immer noch schön und sauber, einige Einrichtungen sind alt und verursacht einige Probleme, aber insgesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer waren genau das, was ich brauchte - ein Schlafplatz. Ich würde nochmal buchen.

First time I've stayed here. I was aware of the mixed reviews & I've stayed at other hotels in Chermie but they were booked out on this occasion. It was raining heavily when I arrived so appreciated the undercover parking spaces immediately outside the reception. Check-in was seamless (thx Trip.com) & they didn't require a security deposit or CC scan so my customer trust box was ticked :-) The car park is secure & at ground level but spaces are limited; I was able to find a spot though at 4pm. There is public parking out on the street without restriction after 5pm. I had a Hotel Queen Room on the 2nd floor. Easy access via lift and the common areas were clean & well lit. The room and bathroom were clean with a pleasant aroma & no smell of mould (reported by others), air-con was on. I had a choice of two sliding doors to access the balcony so good for fresh air (but no insect screen). Overall, the room was comfortable whilst showing some signs of wear & tear. The shower had a choice of either hand-held or fixed head (rainforest type) & had plenty of pressure - great. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, unless you're happy with generic multi-function liquid soap! The fridge was empty except for a small uht milk with no complimentary springwater or mini-bar that you might find in other hotels. There was TV, tea/coffee making supplies and a small microwave. If you like to sleep in complete darkness (like me), bring an eye-mask as the hallway lighting outside the room is bright & on all night, creating an aura around the front door that is hard not to notice. The area was relatively quiet with the hotel located on a side street. It's an easy & short walk to a major shopping centre and the bus station if you need to head into Briz City, which is a 20-30min ride away & only $0.50 fare - awesome. Breakfast (from 7am) was also included but I had to head-off early so wasn't able to grab a bite this time. In summary, I felt that the room rate was appropriate and score my overall experience as good.

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.
