Our second stay at Adina on George. The location and comfort level was excellent again. We were originally allocated a room that was too gloomy for us with no natural light but the reception staff kindly allocated a more suitable room. Something to consider if you are staying for a few nights - choose a room that suits your needs.

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

The jacuzzi and sauna at the Marriott were truly excellent! However, the phone in the room didn’t work, the bathroom drain was prone to clogging, and the drain in the washbasin was stuck closed. Also, there was a connecting door to the next room, so the noise from the neighboring guests was extremely loud and made the stay difficult.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Amenities are ok, they will provide dental kits and other amenities on request but not by default Room is clean, with all the assessories. Breakfast is ok, not too many options especially if you are on a long business trip for 6 days, and only have egg, bacon, sausage to cycle around.

Der Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war sicherlich das Front Desk Personal. Sie waren so willkommen und freundlich, und sie erlaubten uns sogar zu prüfen früh, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Der Gepäck-Speicherungsservice war auch sehr hilfreich und bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend, es macht unglaublich einfach, um die Stadt zu erreichen. Das Zimmer selbst konnte jedoch eine Verbesserung nutzen. Die Reinigung war nicht bis zum Standard, da es sehr viel Staub im Zimmer gab. Auch der Wasserdruck im Bad Tauch war sehr schwach. Insgesamt ist es ein bequemer Ort, mit fantastischen Service zu bleiben, aber sie müssen wirklich ihre Zimmer Wartung und Reinigung verbessern.

This accommodation was in a spectacularly convenient location for a GIG that I was attending this week. The Team on-site were incredibly helpful. I had a small issue when I got there with the fridge not working and it had tripped the breaker; the maintenance guy came and sorted it out and then replaced the mini fridge thing for me as well. All within 30 minutes. Amazing. He also offered tips to assist with making the most out of the aircon and the double-glazing which was also super helpful so I could get a good nights sleep afterward. The place was nice & clean and tidy with an exceptionally large sized bed. It was surprisingly quiet being right beside an active pub as well. Unless I was in the hallway, I couldn't hear a thing. I could hear my neighbours though...! Beautiful artwork through the building, and the hallways didn't smell awful either. They had cool little work nooks in the stairwells you could use if you wish and I think I saw some business suites on the 1st floor you could use for meetings. Not so amazing parts: There was clearly mould in some areas in bathroom areas.. they oddly have glass doors on the toilets?? that's strange. No ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the mould too. The air-conditioning was genuinely effective but it was clearly not well maintained as there was dust & mould forming around the vent and the roof section where the duct was, had starting bowing. Booking process via Trip.com - not great. The information provided by the website indicated they'd hold the amount of the booking but we had to pay the amount AT the hotel plus a deposit fee for incidentals...(on top of the amount they already took). That was actually not the case... I didn't have to give them anything at all except ID and verify my general details. When I got there, the nice man at reception told me I was all good to go and no extra fees or holds were required. All in all, a good stay. The place could use some extra love and attention to detail but for the price I paid? I'm not bothered.

Das Hotel ist relativ günstig im CBD und hat eine günstige Lage. Allerdings sind die Einrichtungen relativ alt und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind schlecht. Die Nachttische und Lampenpositionen sind voller Staub und müssen verbessert werden.

Very close to the Fortitue valley bar area. Pool is small on the roof top so it’s not heated. Generally quite good. Not exactly located at the central CBD.

Die Lage war perfekt für die Einzelhandelstherapie mit Westfield Chermside in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich liebe auch mein Zimmer, Es hatte einen großen Zimmerbalkon zu sitzen und genießen einen Wein während der Blick auf die Twinkling-Licht um das Gebiet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und frisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich war besonders beeindruckt mit dem Badezimmer, die Dusche hatte 2 Dusche Kopf-Optionen, eine war ein regener Dusche Kopf. Das Bett war so komfortabel, ich hatte kein Schlafproblem. Also am Ende würde ich nur sagen, der Service bei Ein- und Abreise war wirklich gut und ich werde sicherlich dort wieder buchen.

I booked on the day we arrived as I needed accommodation close to Northshore Eat Street. Saw reviews about access issues so I called before booking and was advised access info is sent at 2pm. We had no problems with online booking and receiving access code. Room was good value for money with balcony, plenty of free parking and wifi. Would definitely book again if I need accommodation close to airport.
