The rooms were beautifully designed, combining modern luxury with absolute comfort. Everything was spotless, and the little touches — from high-quality amenities to thoughtful turndown service — showed the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious, with service that was both prompt and personable. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations and arranging everything seamlessly.
What really impressed me most was the superb service. Every interaction felt genuine — the staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the guest experience.

She was extremely patient in answering all my questions during the check-in process and kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room is clean, spacious and has a great view. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and the location is convenient. Thanks to Saly's thoughtful service, this trip was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again!

Schade ist, dass es nicht beschrieben ist, dass es ein Parkhaus ist wo geparkt werden kann. 38AUD für 24 Stunden sind doch recht teuer. Ansonsten war das Hotel Super.

GGastnutzerTrying to ask favor my last day to allow us check out 2pm but gave us til 12noon, I was not feeling on my last day i asked if my husband can bring some food for mi from the buffet area to our room since i wasnt able to make it i felt going to faint when I stand and kept going toilet. But the staff refused it. Generally the location very nice, big and clean rooms above all very convenient

JJustinThe concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience.
However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍

Diese Unterkunft hatte eine traumhaft günstige Lage für einen GIG, den ich diese Woche besuchte. Das Team vor Ort war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Bei meiner Ankunft gab es ein kleines Problem: Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und die Sicherung war rausgeflogen. Der Hausmeister kam sofort, behob das Problem und tauschte mir sogar noch den Minikühlschrank aus. Alles innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Wahnsinn! Er gab mir außerdem Tipps, wie ich die Klimaanlage und die Doppelverglasung optimal nutzen konnte, was super hilfreich war, damit ich danach gut schlafen konnte. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und ordentlich, und das Bett war außergewöhnlich groß. Es war überraschend ruhig, obwohl direkt neben einem gut besuchten Pub. Außer im Flur habe ich absolut nichts gehört. Meine Nachbarn konnte ich allerdings hören! Im ganzen Gebäude hingen wunderschöne Kunstwerke, und die Flure rochen auch nicht unangenehm. Es gab coole kleine Arbeitsnischen in den Treppenhäusern, die man bei Bedarf nutzen konnte, und ich glaube, ich habe im ersten Stock auch ein paar Business-Suiten für Meetings gesehen. Nicht so toll: In einigen Bereichen des Badezimmers war deutlich Schimmel zu sehen. Seltsamerweise haben die Toiletten Glastüren – komisch. Außerdem gab es keine Belüftung im Badezimmer, um Schimmelbildung zu verhindern. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar gut, war aber offensichtlich schlecht gewartet, da sich um die Lüftungsöffnung herum Staub und Schimmel gebildet hatten und der Dachbereich, wo der Luftkanal verlief, sich bereits durchbog. Die Buchung über Trip.com verlief nicht optimal. Laut Website sollte der Buchungsbetrag reserviert werden, aber wir müssten ihn vor Ort zuzüglich einer Kaution für Nebenkosten bezahlen (zusätzlich zum bereits abgebuchten Betrag). Das stimmte aber nicht. Ich musste außer meinem Ausweis und der Bestätigung meiner Daten nichts vorlegen. Bei meiner Ankunft sagte mir der nette Herr an der Rezeption, dass alles in Ordnung sei und keine weiteren Gebühren oder Reservierungen anfallen würden. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel könnte etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail vertragen, aber für den Preis ist mir das egal.

Tony und seine Kollegen waren super Gastgeber, gemischt uns die meisten Menü-Einträge, und unsere Lieblings waren die Beet-ness und Espresso 2.0. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht im 19. Stock und dachten, die Nacht sah gut aus. Erwachen, um so viel Brisbane am Morgen zu sehen, war eine echte Überraschung. Frühstücks-Buffet-Menü-Optionen waren groß, aber wir haben aus der à la carte Menu mit einigen fantastischen Kaffees gepaart, um den Tag zu beginnen.

Der Verkehr war so bequem und gut, weil es vor dem Museum war.
Das Unglück ist, dass das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt wird.
Es gab eine Mahlzeit im Schrank, die jemand gegessen hatte, so habe ich dem Rechner gesagt, und nichts wurde getan.

GGastnutzerAlthough I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem.
Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants.
