Mehr: Zentrale Lage, schneller Zugang zum Platz und zum historischen Zentrum. Attraktiver Preis weniger: Das Zimmer entsprach keiner der Fotos auf der Website. Unsaubere und Vetues, geschnittene Fliesen, Haarpräsenz in den Fliesen, sehr lauten Kühlschrank, schlecht geräuschlos (Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern und Ballet von Hausfrauen ab 9h), Staubsauger, musste ich das Haus in dem Zimmer machen vor ich dorthin wohnen kann. Kein Druck im Gehäuse und in der Dusche, sehr kompliziert, eine Dusche mit so geringem Wasserdurchsatz zu nehmen. Schnappte und geschnitzte Serviette, zu kleine versteckte Vorhänge, um das gesamte Fenster zu decken, Also, er ist schon um 5 Uhr morgens durch Sonnenstrahlen aufgewacht.

I really wanted to like Casa Chitic, the photos looked great and it seemed very good value for money. The location is ideal - bars and restaurants are right around the corner but it isn't a noisy location. The rooms are big enough and nicely decorated and back onto a courtyard where you can sit outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately there were a couple of issues. First, the reception is not 24 hours. We arrived at 6:45pm and had to check ourselves in. This was super easy but there is no one on hand if you have problems. In the room there was a single pillow and one towel between two people. I messaged immediately but this wasn't rectified until the next day (and even then we only had two thin pillows provided). On another occasion, we ran out of loo roll in the evening and had to go into town to buy our own. The hotel could do with being a bit more generous with these essential provisions. The aircon did not work at all during our stay. It would come on but didn't blow cold air and when I mentioned it the staff did not seem at all surprised. We were allowed to move rooms but the issue was exactly the same so I actually think it's just an ineffective system. The room was absolutely sweltering and it was difficult to sleep. If these details could be ironed out it would be a really lovely hotel.

The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, the rooms and conference hall are very beautifully arranged and organised. The atmosphere is really pleasing, especially on the skybar, where you can relax and chat with your friends next to a big pool. An amazing experience, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back, it id totally worth it.

Although so close to the pedestrian street and the Council Square, you have a panoramic view of Brasov and Tampa, there is a lot of vegetation, a neighborhood with chic houses with interwar architecture. Everything renovated, modern in terms of utilities but keeping many details retro in harmony with the architecture of the house. Cleaning, excellent mattresses for a good night's sleep, small specific details for 4 stars, rich breakfast, from fruit to cakes, including smoked salmon in abundance, and the breakfast interval is very generous, up to 11, which is rare. The terrace is beautiful. Very beautiful and impeccably clean bathrooms. We had a single room in the villa and a studio with generous space in an annex building, renovated in minimalist style . Rooms with minibar as well as tea, coffee, water from the house. The villa has about 6-7 parking spaces but there is the possibility of parking on the street or in the parking lot arranged nearby .

Das Hotel ist gut, es gibt auch eine Sauna, die verwendet werden kann, aber Männer und Frauen sind verwirrt, die Sauna-Zimmer ist nicht groß und kann drei Personen beherbergen, so dass ich mit zwei unglaublichen deutschen Männern die Sauna gebräuchlich gemacht habe, und es ist gut, dass sie eher gentlemen, von Anfang an bis Ende für die Damen zu bedienen.

Das Kronwell ist ein stlyisches, modernes Hotel in Brasov. Leider ist die Lage nicht optimal - du musst immer mit Uber noch in die City fahren, um Fun zu haben, für jeweils aber bezahlbare 3 EUR pro Strecke. Das Zimmer war chic, die Betten sind sensationell. Leider sind die Lichtschalter subptimal. Du musst immer 10 mal tippen, bis du die Funktion ausgelöst hast, die du willst. Leselicht am Bett? Fehlanzeige! Licht am Waschtisch im Bad? Auf der falschen Seite, dort wo du dich rasierst, bist du im Dunkeln. Da war definitiv kein Hotel-Profi am Werk beim Interior Design! Die Fächer im Bad für Fön, Toilettenpapier oder Müll sind hingegen top, eine Empfehlung für andere Hotels. So ist alles immer ausser Sichtweite gut verstaut. Der Pool kostet extra für Hotelgäste, was ich hasse. In unserer Buchung war das allerdings bereits vermerkt mit 10 EUR pro Gast und Besuch. Abkassiert wurden dann allerdings 12 EUR - das ist nicht fair. Und Sie sollten sich diesen Besuch im Pool auch sowieso schenken. Bei uns war abends Kinderparty mit 20 Kids im Pool, die Ballspiele machten. Da sollte Kronwell auch - wie z.B. die Soho House Hotels - dafür sorgen, dass Kids nach 18 h zu Hause bleiben. Sonst kommt für den Geschäftsreisenden Null Entspannung auf. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut, toll die Früchte mit griechischem Joghurt oder auch das Chia Samen Breakfast. Last not least: ein modernes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel, aber die Details sind durchaus noch ausbaufähig!

Our stay was a mixed bag: an impressive façade and spacious accommodations but significant shortcomings in facility management and staff conduct. We booked a premium suite to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughters amid the picturesque mountain scenery. We were initially impressed, but issues soon became apparent. Inoperative in-suite sauna, a defective window, an unstable chair armrest, tired old mattresses, no plug near the coffee maker are examples in our suite. Despite assurances of repair from reception staff, the sauna was never fixed, and staff were dismissive when inquired about. Cristina at reception was particularly discourteous and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet fell short of expectations: inadequate replenishment of food and beverage items, cold eggs, and uncleaned tables. The swimming pool area, though aesthetically pleasing, posed safety hazards due to slippery floors. Inflatable toys for kids were all pierced and unusable. We observed kitchenware being soaked in the hotel pond while returning to the hotel at night -＞ a potential food safety issue? When trying to discuss the issues with the manager on duty at check-out, we were told (by Cristina) that there was none that day. If true, that might explain the operational deficiencies. Inconsistent service quality and neglect of maintenance indicate a disregard for customer satisfaction and operational standards. Improvements in management and infrastructure would be needed to align with expectations of discerning travellers. Overall, an unpleasant 'aftertaste' outweighs the positive aspects of our stay. We'll only consider coming back to this establishment if big changes are implemented.

Das gesamte Holz-Thema sieht erstaunlich aus, und es war interessant, wie viel Anstrengungen, die Blumenblumen auf allen Balkonen sichtbar zu erhalten. Das Highlight für mich war jedoch das Frühstück. Ich habe noch das gleiche Frühstücksniveau zu sehen, wo ich noch war. Sie werden mit Wahlen verstümmelt, wo Sie nicht wissen, was zu wählen. Sie fühlen sich wie ein paar Nüsse? Sicher! Walnuten, Erdnüsse, Mandeln, pistachien und 5 mehr wusste ich nicht einmal, was sie waren. Obst, wie 10 Typen, Fruchtschleifen mit einem Schokoladequelle, Dognüsse, Honigkomb, Omelette Station, ein ganzes Jambon Serrano-Bein, von dem Sie schneiden konnten. Jedenfalls bekommen Sie das Bild, würde ich sagen, das gesamte Menü bestand aus mindestens 100 verschiedenen Artikeln, von der Backe bis zu Obst und Gewürzen. Wird sicher wieder kommen, vielleicht nur für die Herausforderung, alles zu schmecken.

Großer Service, Frühstück war gut, Zimmer war gut, viele kostenlose Parkplätze ... Restaurant war gut ... Personal war groß ... Meine Frage ist, dass sie den Namen Ramada verwenden und Google Karten es als : ”Ramada by Wyndham”, aber dann ging ich nachsehen, ich wurde gesagt, dass ich würde nicht verdienen Belohnungen für meinen Aufenthalt ... Wie kann dieses Gebäude den Namen Ramada verwenden, aber nicht die Wyndham Belohnungen anerkennen??? Der Hauptgrund, den ich das Hotel ausgewählt habe, war, als ich dachte, ”groß werde ich einige mehr Belohnungen für den Aufenthalt hier verdienen” ... Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass sie den Namen verwenden können, aber nicht die Belohnungen ....
