Very pleasant atmosphere, special hotel design both in the lobby and in the room.

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

C’est du parfait, il y’a rien à redire. Tout le personnel est au petit soin tout est luxueux. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais. Du grand luxe !!! Merci pour tout !

Große Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Service immer sehr angenehm. Super Frühstück und auch das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Mit Spa, Bowling, Fahrservice, alles buchbar. Lage direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch etwas lauter, zum Stadtzentrum ca. 10min mit dem Taxi. Lage am Rand der Stadt erspart den Verkehr in der Innenstadt, meist viel Stau.

Das Kronwell ist ein stlyisches, modernes Hotel in Brasov. Leider ist die Lage nicht optimal - du musst immer mit Uber noch in die City fahren, um Fun zu haben, für jeweils aber bezahlbare 3 EUR pro Strecke. Das Zimmer war chic, die Betten sind sensationell. Leider sind die Lichtschalter subptimal. Du musst immer 10 mal tippen, bis du die Funktion ausgelöst hast, die du willst. Leselicht am Bett? Fehlanzeige! Licht am Waschtisch im Bad? Auf der falschen Seite, dort wo du dich rasierst, bist du im Dunkeln. Da war definitiv kein Hotel-Profi am Werk beim Interior Design! Die Fächer im Bad für Fön, Toilettenpapier oder Müll sind hingegen top, eine Empfehlung für andere Hotels. So ist alles immer ausser Sichtweite gut verstaut. Der Pool kostet extra für Hotelgäste, was ich hasse. In unserer Buchung war das allerdings bereits vermerkt mit 10 EUR pro Gast und Besuch. Abkassiert wurden dann allerdings 12 EUR - das ist nicht fair. Und Sie sollten sich diesen Besuch im Pool auch sowieso schenken. Bei uns war abends Kinderparty mit 20 Kids im Pool, die Ballspiele machten. Da sollte Kronwell auch - wie z.B. die Soho House Hotels - dafür sorgen, dass Kids nach 18 h zu Hause bleiben. Sonst kommt für den Geschäftsreisenden Null Entspannung auf. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut, toll die Früchte mit griechischem Joghurt oder auch das Chia Samen Breakfast. Last not least: ein modernes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel, aber die Details sind durchaus noch ausbaufähig!

Excellent accomodation, plentiful and varied breakfast and highly qualified staff, not to mention the marvelous massages. The restaurant is cozy and they have a nice outside garden and the food is delicious, with a mediteranean touch. Altogether a wonderful experience that we repeate whenever possible.

Well to start, my stay at this so called fancy hotel was awful, after eating their pricey food (hummus with some sort of beef pieces) I ended up at the emergency room, with severe stomach pain, the doctors said that I have food poisoning, just to let you know during my stay at their hotel I only ate at the restaurant which is located near the reception(only ate there because the hotel is far away from other restaurants or city center), the rooms are dirty, the hotel is located near the main train station of Brasov, so that means you hear all the trains during the day and night, close to the hotel is a huge parking space where all the locals with modified cars hang out at night, so you can hear them too, I think it’s quite dangerous to stay at this hotel because it is located next to a GAS STATION, the staff is not well prepared, the SPA, dirtiest SPA ever, I came home with a huge rash on my skin, I am using menthol cream as I write this down that helps with the itching, I got fungus on my foot from their floors, the biggest issue I had, I found BEDBUGS under the mattress, I AM NOT RECOMENDING THIS HOTEL ! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just read that they own another hotel in Brasov, which is called QOSMO, probably the same thing is happening over there … in the end, be careful which hotel you chose, don’t let yourself get fooled like I did.

Exceptional. One of the best hotels we have stayed at anywhere. Beautiful clean, spacious rooms. Sincere, helpful staff, great breakfast, and a brilliant evening meal. Amazing bathroom, ultra modern, spotless, so happy to recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! We've been here with one small kid and an infant. The hotel is comfortable and luxury. Rooms are clean, beautiful, new and large. Close to all attractions including the old town (5 min in a car). Good breakfast and staff is so nice and helpful. The spa and pool are at extra cost but also very nice and the children enjoyed. There is a Gymboree where kids can stay without the parents for a few hours, it was helpful for us. In general, it was one of our best decisions in the trip. High value for money!

Only one night, but still memorable. The most comfortable beds and pillows we've seen in a long time. Rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast is 5-star. Perfect for business and very good for leisure too - not the best location for tourists but only 5-6 minutes by taxi or Uber to the center. Highly recommended.

A four star hotel that actually is worth of 5 stars. Lovely aesthetic and top class service, great food.
