Lassen Sie uns beginnen mit der Anschrift des Hotels, alle guten, gut gepflegten Einrichtungen, ein Spa mit einem kleinen Innenpool und 2 Outdoor Jacuzzi. Das gesamte Holz-Thema sieht erstaunlich aus, und es war interessant, wie viel Anstrengungen, die Blumenblumen auf allen Balkonen sichtbar zu erhalten. Das Highlight für mich war jedoch das Frühstück. Ich habe noch das gleiche Frühstücksniveau zu sehen, wo ich noch war. Sie werden mit Wahlen verstümmelt, wo Sie nicht wissen, was zu wählen. Sie fühlen sich wie ein paar Nüsse? Sicher! Walnuten, Erdnüsse, Mandeln, pistachien und 5 mehr wusste ich nicht einmal, was sie waren. Obst, wie 10 Typen, Fruchtschleifen mit einem Schokoladequelle, Dognüsse, Honigkomb, Omelette Station, ein ganzes Jambon Serrano-Bein, von dem Sie schneiden konnten. Jedenfalls bekommen Sie das Bild, würde ich sagen, das gesamte Menü bestand aus mindestens 100 verschiedenen Artikeln, von der Backe bis zu Obst und Gewürzen. Wird sicher wieder kommen, vielleicht nur für die Herausforderung, alles zu schmecken.

Die Residenz befindet sich im Zentrum. Ausgezeichnete Lage, um irgendeinen Platz von Interesse zu erreichen. Die Struktur ist elegante, aber sobrie. Es handelt sich um ein alter Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber wesentlich. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück

We absolutely loved the location, safe and within minutes of the city center. One of the front desk staff (a lovely woman with glasses) stood out to us as exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The same warmth and kindness was also shown by one of the breakfast staff, who started our day with a smile. The room was enormous—perfectly accommodating 3-4 as well as luggage. As for areas of improvement—the rugs could be darker or replaced, as they had some markings. Housekeeping was efficient—quick and in and out. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, and the pillows were not ideal. The A/C was somewhat noisy. One night, the ceiling unexpectedly started leaking. Handling of such situations in Romania seems different—there was no compensation or mention of potentially switching rooms. Instead, we were informed by the young man that it could happen again, which was not very reassuring.

Unsaubere und Vetues, geschnittene Fliesen, Haarpräsenz in den Fliesen, sehr lauten Kühlschrank, schlecht geräuschlos (Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern und Ballet von Hausfrauen ab 9h), Staubsauger, musste ich das Haus in dem Zimmer machen vor ich dorthin wohnen kann. Kein Druck im Gehäuse und in der Dusche, sehr kompliziert, eine Dusche mit so geringem Wasserdurchsatz zu nehmen. Schnappte und geschnitzte Serviette, zu kleine versteckte Vorhänge, um das gesamte Fenster zu decken, Also, er ist schon um 5 Uhr morgens durch Sonnenstrahlen aufgewacht.

Die Lage ist großartig, mit Blick auf den Platz, aber das Parken ist nicht bequem

We (a family for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12) stopped only one night in Brasov en route to Istanbul by train. We stayed in apar**ent #1. The room was perfect - two bedrooms, super stylish, cool bathroom and AMAZING shower!! Great location in the old town and the hotel staff were really helpful! Choosing a hotel in Brasov is hard - the online information is quite opaque - so let me help and just suggest you stay here :) One night in this lovely town / area isn’t quite enough but equally, we had a great time.

We stayed in room 514. On the positive side, the rooms were very big, the bed comfortable and it was quiet at night. Generally, the hotel would benefit from refurbishment as many areas looked old and tired. The air conditioning worked well and the mini bar was quiet, unlike those of other hotels in which I've stayed. However, there were numerous negative points which need to be addressed. The most annoying was the shower - too small, screen too short and leaked, water taking 8 minutes (sadly I did time it as it happened every evening) to warm up in the evening. What a waste of water and a direct contradiction to the sign encouraging guests to re-use their towels. The basin struggled to fill up as its plug didn't work properly, then the remaining water was slow to empty, whilst making loud gurgling noises. Remind your staff to clean under the rim of the toilet (see photo). The drawers in the bedroom needed attention as they struggled to open and close. Despite hanging the label on the door, indicating that we'd like the room serviced (mainly a need for fresh towels from mopping up the leak), this was not done and it took 3 visits to reception to get said clean towels (1 from the tour guide and 2 from myself). I was told that rooms were got ready for new guests before existing guests' rooms. Preferential treatment for new customers whilst the old ones don't matter! Clearly the hotel was understaffed and they ran out of time. On the third morning of our 4 night stay; breakfast proved to be a real ordeal. Only one coffee machine working for the whole hotel, lack of food due to so many guests and the supply not meeting the demand. It would help if guests did not help themselves to breakfast provisions and make their lunch rolls from them!! Having addressed my concerns to the manager, I did not feel respected and valued.

To get to the elevator to rooms, you need to walk up some 20+ steps; front desk should help people, you shouldn't have to request it. You are 12-15 minutes to the Old Town but at night you have a 50 yard, irregular side walk with no lighting to navigate. Parking in front of hotel but you will need someone to stop the crazy traffic to allow you to exit. Breakfast is on sixth floor (you need to walk from the fifth floor) and has the most unbeatable view the city. But this room is only open for breakfast -- why not for drinks in the evening? Room was good sized, breakfast good,

Das Hotel ist gut, es gibt auch eine Sauna, die verwendet werden kann, aber Männer und Frauen sind verwirrt, die Sauna-Zimmer ist nicht groß und kann drei Personen beherbergen, so dass ich mit zwei unglaublichen deutschen Männern die Sauna gebräuchlich gemacht habe, und es ist gut, dass sie eher gentlemen, von Anfang an bis Ende für die Damen zu bedienen.
