Liberty Inn

The room looked nothing like the photos from the site. Although clean, maintenance had not been kept up; no bathroom door lock, mold around the bathtub, the plug near the bathroom sink looked like it had had a short circuit and the bed frames were home-made out of unfinished 2x6 planks. No bedside lamps were provided so the only lighting came from one wall mounted light.

It was the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Though the front reception was friendly, that's where the positive ends. The room was dusty, and cob webs in the bathroom. Mould along the edges of the bathroom fixtures. The two queen beds were actually double beds. The towels were stained and we only got two. When I asked for more towels they said it would be 10 minutes, but never showed up. The acoustics in the walls is poor. We could hear every word the construction crew were saying the whole night in the room next to us. The pillows were definitely not cleaned. We'll be making a report to public health hopefully they will inspect the establishment. And, it's right by a busy intersection...loud all night. Oh yeah...the internet didn't work. The password looks like they were taking free internet from the Best Western next door....and they wised up to it.

The staff at this place was really rude. I had an issue with my reservacion. I was texting to get in contact with an agent from Orbitz and the staff at the hotel say that I needed to get out of the reception while I waited for orbitz to respond because he did not have all night to be waiting for me.

I have stayed here before. The property is ok. Rooms are clean but not fancy. Reasonably close to things. Prices are fine but hotel is dated.

Was very bad. Cigarette smell all inside the room suffocating. Lots of noise throughout the night not letting me sleep. Beds were not cleaned properly. The washroom had the toilet paper hanger right in front of my left leg so had to squat in a cross position

Door to bathroom didn’t close. Fridge was unplugged and all the ice had melted before we arrived and gushed all over when we tried to use so no fridge. No extra pillows or blankets. Would have liked a hand towel in addition to face cloth and bath towel. Room smelled of smoke. Neighbours all smoking outside their rooms and that smoke comes in doors and windows.

Tidy and clean, friendly lady at the front desk. Value for money. Shower wasn't working properly.

I arrived late on my first night,11:30pm, the main office was staffed and i was greated by a smiling face. The trip to my room was strange, the police were parked in my spot and i couldnt get to my room due to the domestic disturbance happening next to mine. I had to walk through clothes on the ground and around police to get in my room. Needless to say i didnt get to bed until 1am. But i was mildly entertained

The room wasnt the best very old and outdated which made it look dirty .. could use some TLC
