The property was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and modern finishes. It was graduation season when I stayed there, so it was a little loud, but I brought a sound machine, which helped a lot, since I am a light sleeper. Highly recommend this place--great location, close to lots of things to do, good food, and shopping.

Great new option for a budget-friendly stay in the Berklee/Northeastern/Fenway area! Completely contact free check in and out, but the process was pretty simple and worked fine. The building is a beautifully renovated row house next to some Berklee buildings. Be sure to “look up”at the staircase in the lobby! However the walls between rooms are thin, as others have mentioned. Nicely sized room and bathroom. The bathroom did have soap and shampoo. The adequately stocked kitchen with fridge was great to have as well and could be a boon for those with longer stays in the area. With several excellent cafes and bakeries nearby, this property is a no brainer for budget-minded travelers who don’t need a lot of extras.

Everything was wonderful, only issue was room/headboard was backed up right next to a door that opened and slammed all night.

Great location. So close to Fenway Park. A very eclectic cool little place to stay. Could be a little noisy outside. I couldn’t figure out the TV, but that’s me, snd I wasn’t there to watch tv anyway. Somewhat sp**** but surprisingly comfortably accommodated. I like staying in different types of places- and this one fit the bill.

For the price, a better cup of coffee would be appreiciated. Also, a woman walked into my room at 11pm, (8 hadn't locked it behind me) but she thought her reservation started that night!

Very beautiful, directly in the heart of the city.. if you plan on staying make sure you find a parking garage within commutable distance. Directly next to Berkeley college so there is a lot of activity during weekend nights. Overall great place to stay!

A beautiful building, very clean . Easy walk to the ballpark . Our friends stayed on the first floor and could hear people outside , and we would have really liked an earlier check in so we could have dropped off our stuff before the 4pm game . But it all worked out .

This place is very unique i love the small room we stayed in we were in just a standard room and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us! We stayed 2 nights never once worried about anything felt very safe and secure. The building is opened with codes provided which makes everything very smooth. Virtual check in was very easy and seemless. Parking on the other hand was a bit challenging but we found a parking garage right by the Berklee police station a block away from the hotel the fellas working the parking garage were very friendly and professional and we had absolutley no issues. Do Not Park Outfront. Other than parking which is expected in prime location in boston everything was perfect. Walking distance to fenway and any shopping you desire and we highly recommend taking a walk through the gardens around the pond across the street. Very beautiful we will be back!!

We booked a night to go to a couple games at Fenway and this was the perfect location and a great price! Walkable to the park (less than 15 min). The community garden was right there and was a great area to walk. Lots of great dining options within 5 minutes of walking. Parking is not included, but we used Spot Hero to find something less than a 5 minute walk to leave our vehicle for a reasonable price. Overall a great stay and would stay again!
