Let’s start with the good. The hotel is very charming, nice decor and very clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast nice. So the reality: this is really more of an upscale hostel than “hotel”. Check in went well, however there were many things that could be improved if disclosed at check-in: you have to ask for key to in room safe (which is tiny), you have to ask for the hot water to be turned on for your shower, there is a really lovely upper outdoor terrace which no one advised us of so we only figured it out the night before we left. Wi-Fi was not provided on check-in, we had to come back and ask. All these things are really not that big of a deal but it would’ve made a lot of trips back to the front desk unnecessary. The most aggravating part of our experience was the noise. You hear absolutely everything including the doorbell to the hotel, which ruminates throughout even late at night, and very early in the morning. We were woken up at 4:30 AM twice due to chattering. We asked for two extra pillows, and they were not able to provide that for us until our last night. There were no cups in the rooms. Also, the room we had was number nine on the second floor, which was adequate, however there are no windows just a stained glass window which light would be men making it difficult to sleep. We were given a remote control for the television, which even with a battery change and never ended up working. Lastly, the hotel is on one of the steepest hills in the area. It is a good location just be prepared for a steep climb to the hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einfachen Möbeln. Auch wenn das Zimmer die Straße überblickt, ist es gut klangbeständig. Kleine Nachteile, die Dusche ist wenig schleifend. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach (heiße Getränke, Toasts, Eier, Saft und Obst) aber es ist ok. Sehr freundliches Personal. Insgesamt sehr angenehm Erfahrung.

Eine der besten Hostels, die ich gehabt habe! Personal ist sehr freundlich, der soziale Bereich ist groß für Menschen zu treffen, das Hostel läuft viele Veranstaltungen so groß für alleinreisende oder wenn Sie Menschen treffen wollen, ist es sehr sauber und fühlt sich sicher. Die Zimmer sind auch vom sozialen Bereich getrennt, so dass Sie eine gute Nacht schlafen können. Das Essen ist auch erstaunlich, wir hatten jeden Morgen Frühstück und Abendessen eine Nacht und war wirklich beeindruckt, wieder die Küchenpersonal sind so freundlich. Alles in allem ein großes Hostel und würde Def empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sicher, sauber, das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück hat die Colombianischen Merkmale und der Geschmack ist wunderschön.
