Negatives: 1) Schluckauf beim Einchecken – es gibt keine Rezeption und ich wurde nicht informiert. Der diensthabende Sicherheitsbeamte sagte mir, ich solle den Gastgeber direkt kontaktieren. Offenbar war Self-Check-in die Lösung, aber der Gastgeber gab mir vor meiner Ankunft keine Anweisungen. Ich musste Trip.com kontaktieren und glücklicherweise wurde das Problem innerhalb von 15 Minuten von Trip.com effizient gelöst. 2) Dröhnende Musik! – jeden Morgen und Abend dröhnt superlaute Musik auf dem Flur! Es ist zwar angenehme Klaviermusik, aber sie ist so laut, dass sie mich jeden Morgen um 7 Uhr aufweckt! Sie dauert jedes Mal etwa eine Stunde. Positiv: 1) Die Lage – hervorragend! Auch nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. 2) Einrichtungen – gut, das Apartment war im Allgemeinen sauber, obwohl eine einsame Kakerlake im Bereich des Kühlschranks herumlungerte! Außerdem wird keine tägliche Reinigung angeboten, es ist eher im AirBnB-Stil – Selbstreinigung. 3) Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe – großes Einkaufszentrum, Vincom Center, in der Nähe, mit einer Fülle von F&B-Optionen, Einzelhandelsgeschäften mit Markennamen und einem riesigen Supermarkt. Es gibt ein paar nette Restaurants in Gehweite. 4) Eignung – großartig für Familien oder Alleinreisende, es ist geräumig und komfortabel, mit Wäscherei in jeder Einheit. Aufgrund der Höhe des Gebäudes können gewaschene Kleidungsstücke problemlos innerhalb von 24 Stunden an der Luft getrocknet werden. 5) Freundlicher Gastgeber – und auch sehr entgegenkommend, erlaubte mir einen späten Check-out um 13 Uhr (normale Zeit 12 Uhr). Ich werde in Zukunft definitiv wieder hier übernachten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr guter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber und komfortabel. Unten gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und viele Cafés und es ist etwa 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt sollten Sie vorab einen Termin mit dem Vermieter vereinbaren, um die Zugangskarte zu erhalten.

Would not really recommend this: Upon arrival, we found out that the actual room is different from the photos. Although the layout and size is the same as the description, it is still quite disappointing. Also, when I inquire why the room is different, they brush us off with the most bizzare excuse. On the other hand, the gym and swimming pool are available. But if you are seeking to explore the city instead of relaxation, this will not be a convenient location as the only transportation is either Grab or taxi. Other than that, the check-in process is quite confusing and shady but we're lucky enough to have the hotel staff to help us out. Overall, I would not really recommend this place as there are much better & cheaper options in HCMC. Reading other's concerning reviews, we're fortunate to have received a clean and spacious room.

Furthermore, the check-in process requires you to find your mailbox and retrieve the key yourself, which is very inconvenient. The staff are not knowledgeable hotel professionals and you cannot expect professional service. Specific cleanliness issues are as follows: 1) The bed sheets were not changed, so the previous occupant's sheets were still on the bed. 2) There is no daily cleaning or changing of towels and sheets, and the room has an unpleasant odor. 3) The refrigerator and sink were also inadequately cleaned and in a very unsanitary condition. Although this service apartment is advertised as 5-star, it actually provides a 2-star level of service and is not worth considering. There are reasonably priced, quality service apartments available in Ho Chi Minh, so I recommend using those instead. I stayed there a few times, the receptionist lady knew me, she helped me call grab to the airport👍 It doesn’t has hotel room standards, Rooms needs professional cleaning up Great view and shopping downstairs

Excellent location, shopping mall downstairs. Lot of food options. Excellent view surrounding. I will definitely recommend

False advertising about swimming pool. It’s not available to guests only tenants who are biometrically approved
