I stayed in Angsana Bintan for 2 nights. It was memorable stay. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Upon check in they hit the "Gong" for welcoming guest, it was so unique. That is one of their traditional ceremony. Check ning process was so smooth, thanks to Hotna for the explanation about the facilities. We will come back again.

First time stay in Angsana Amazing hotel with nice view and cozy place, near to another hotel even we can eat at their restaurant, but room kinda old. Hotna at the front desk it's really helpful and professional. Definitely will come back.

First time im come in angsan bintan I get warm greeting from the front liner and them ranged the Gong Staff in angsan so really friendly Angsana Bintan is the best hotel for staycetion because the angsana hotel have a good seaview, and angsana so really beuty and calm on the night Made me folling in love

Verry nice the view and Verry enjoy with the spa. All staff very polite and friendly. I would like to book again at Angsana Bintan.i like the food was really delicious. The beach very clean. The room clean every day. We are feeling at home. We will come back again.

i have stayed in Angsana Bintan for a couple of days. the atmosphere was really enjoy for us. the beach very clean. the staff were really friendly and helpfull. the room clean 2 times everyday. the SPA was really fantastic treatment option. we we will come back again.

We stayed in the sister hotel before and the lovely beach is what brought us back. Food and service was excellent but the hotel is old and facilities visibly tired/old. We were under the impression that they were previously closed for renovations but it doesn’t look refreshed at all. For the same amount of money, there are better options on the island.

Decided to return to the newly renovated resort to peep and enjoy the enhanced rooms however our recent trip proven futile. Rooms still looking the same without visible enhancements and the resort surroundings too. The signature jasmine frangipani bath essentials were all replaced with another cheap smelling scent and with their spa still closed for reno, we did not have any clues as to the name of their new scent. Breakfast room was chaotic with tons of uncleaned utensils on many tables and resources looked lacking. Breakfast selection wasn't fantastic and no clean cups were available in our near 2hrs there. The many tanning decks around their pool n beach were obviously missing and some guests were seen sitting on the ground. Thoughts were running through our mind as we search for answers as to why and how did this resort relegated to such a state over the years. V disappointing The few staff were still found to be friendly and the beach was still great with no oil spills nor threatening jelly fishes. We hope the management can improve the resort and pull out their star ratings in time to come otherwise this should be our last visit to Angsana. It wasn't the prestigious Angsana it used to be 10 years ago quite sadly

This is my second time stay at angsana bintan. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and clean . All the staff always great us by name and make sure our stay was good and no issue during my stay at angsana bintan. Thank you to angsana bintan staff and will be our priority hotel if we come to bintan again 😀🫰🏻

Waitress good and nice, give me good service and nice treatment when I living in hotel. Especially for the counter lady, very nice and good. We have a good journey in this hotel. The 1st day, we arrived, we have been give welcome drink and desert on the counter. The 2nd day, we have go to the kid club and our kid enjoy to play inside. The 3rd day, we come back, due to our ship is very late to departure, the lady give us to check out later. Also arrange bus to drive us back to ferry for ship.

Angsana Bintan was the choice for our company overseas workshop and from our first communication via emails to the endless whatsapp messages, it has been an easy and smooth conversation even with our many requests and enquiries, all the staffs at Angsana Bintan whether they have directly or indirectly have any contacts with us has provided an exceptional service with a good attention to the smallest details. A special shout out of thanks and appreciation to all staffs of Angsana Bintan especially to Jolanda, Lenny, Rizki, Ronal, Fendi, Rafi, Hotna, Zaky, Pak Agung & his team for the fun activities, Arjun and his team at the Laguna Club Cafe where we have our BBQ dinner, the Chefs and his team for the wonderful food and desserts and also to all those who worked tirelessly behind the scene too, to make our stay there an enjoyable, unforgettable and a smooth journey. Away from home, I felt home at Angsana Bintan. The facilities are superb. I felt living in the nature while enjoying all the technology. I felt beyond enjoying the nature. Also staffs do not just let me feel lonely at restaurants. They came and chatted with me talking about their fodd. I was not just "guests" staying at their hotel. They welcomed me as guests to their home.

We chose Angsana Bintan Resort to be our venue for our Company's Overseas Workshop trip, and they did not disappoint! From the time we set foot at the resort, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. Every staff we met always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were all ready on time, and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Every one of my colleagues truly enjoyed their stay. The meeting room which we used to hold our workshop was spacious, clean and comfortable. The refreshments, tea break and our lunch and dinner were all prepared and served on time, without any hitch. When one of our staff was not feeling well, the staff were so helpful in finding for us the nearest clinic, and even prepared food to be sent to his room. A few staff stood out for their fast and excellent service. Lenny, Rizqi, Hotna, Rafi, Zaki, Edi, Pak Agung, and even the chefs (who fed us with delicious food for our 3 days stay) I can't thank all of you enough for making our stay a smooth, memorable and fun one. At the end of a long and tiring program on our Day 2, I went back to my room and was greeted with cute elephant towel origami, that just put a biggg smile on my and my roommates' faces (thank you Pak Edi!). If given the opportunity, we will definitely be back! Look forward to seeing all of you again.

We have enjoyed our stay in Angsana Bintan. All the staff (Zaky, Hotna, Ronsal, Wiwik, Arie and Edi) are very friendly and helpful particularly I would want to say a big thank you to Edi (housekeeping). He delighted us for putting in extra effort to decorate our bed. It make us feel as if we are having our honeymoon instead of a business trip. We are considering coming back here for holidays with our children!
