They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much

Good location

Good location and good hotel but there was a mistake on hotel bill and they didn’t send receipt until I asked for it. It was 150 dollers charged on my credit card by mistake.

酒店非常的老，房間更差，窗簾又破又沒纱窗，椅子破的扔在路上都比這个好，大家一定要注意⚠️，千万不要选此酒店，房价高的離譜

房間夠大寬敞，高樓層採光甚佳，可以清楚的看到附近的街景及海邊。床很大也很舒服，隔音不錯。位置離景點近，方便走路過去，monorail走路三分鐘可到達，適合不開車的旅客。

酒店地理位置便利，離light rail和monorail車站衹有幾分鐘的路程，去機場和太空針都很方便。酒店設施一般，但床具舒服。酒店的全部工作人員態度都很好。因為酒店在路邊，所以相對沒有那麼安靜。但地理位置和服務值得選擇。

酒店地段優勢，交通便利，步行可到任何地方！環境不錯，乾淨整潔，雖然是個老酒店，但房間、衞生間都不小，房間看出去的景也好看（2336）特別是晚上。工作人員服務態度蠻好的，叫車用的軟件也好（Uber），一叫非常快到位！還有等車服務處的工作人員很熱情，幫助講解，還把行李送到車上，很負責！這個酒店以後還會來，謝謝🙏🌹

怎麼説的，我一般不是特別事多，，打電話要了桶冰，一直也沒有送到。這裏最值得誇獎的是代客停車，都很熱情，前台也沒問題，收拾衞生也收拾的很乾凈，但是衞生間有個燈的開關不好用，也沒有收拾，住了四天。地裏位置沒問題。

다음날 하우스키핑을 해놓지 않아 쓴 수건도 안치워주고 수건 갖다달라고해도 안갖다줘서 두번이나 요청 전화하니 겨우 갖다줌 수건 갖다줄 때 쓴 수건은 수거해가지 않음 카운터에 설명이 자세하지 않은 직원이 있었고 조식바우처 두명 외에 조식한명 추가한다고 하니 안된다고 하여 다른 직원에게 다시 물으니 가능하다고 하고 자세한 설명을 들을 수 있었음
