Drei Nächte waren wir dort. Dies waren 3 Nächte zu viel. Wir hatten 3 Zimmerwechsel. Alle Zimmer waren ohne Fenster und somit ohne Tageslicht. Ebenso die Badezimmer. Die Musik des Restaurants ist in den Zimmern in voller Lautstärke bis 22 Uhr zu hören. Die Zimmer als auch Badezimmer sind verschmutzt (Zigarettenasche vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer, Armaturen total verdreckt, usw.). Staff steht gelangweilt auf den Fluren herum oder ist mit ihren Smartphones beschäftigt. Die schmutzige Wäsche wird vor dem Aufzug sortiert (siehe Fotos) Das einzig Gute ist das Restaurant mit einem extrem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Kellner aus Nepal.

This was the single dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The bed sheet had a big, prominent stain on it. The headboard, bizarrely made of cloth, was coated in some sort of white powder or maybe just dust. The wash basin in the bathroom had someone else's water still in it, and the tea kettle likewise still had leftover water. The shampoo had not been replaced from the previous guest, as it was previously opened and half-filled, with its label shriveled from having been previously exposed to water. Every crack and crevice had dirt and grime in it. And, in addition, the hot water lasted for only about two minutes each time we used it, the hotel didn't provide complimentary bottles of water or tea or coffee, and when we asked for water, they said they'd bring it up and just never did. Moreover, the walls are paper-thin, and there's a ton of noise from the hall pretty much constantly. In short, avoid this dirty, disgusting and noisy dump at all costs.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside the rooms are not clean, the bathrooms has a constant bad smell coming from it. The WiFi only reaches the hotel lobby so there will be no WiFi in your room and to top it off very loud music was played from a huge speaker until 10pm. The speaker is so loud you cannot even speak to each other in your own room. Why there is a speaker playing loud music which faces all the rooms I don’t know, there was also no one in the court yard so I’m not sure who the music was meant for.

The Hotel looks good from outside. Rooms on first floor facing the road are filthy, washroom issues, dirty towels dim lit rooms, Sofa in the room seems to be some 30 years old with tea/coffee/dishes spots all over it. Rooms on second floor facing backside seem newly built and are far better than the ones on first floor, but towels in the room are still telling their sad story. Restaurant at ground floor is good, only vegetarian food is served. No issues in food, staff in restaurant are very polite and ready to help in all aspects. Breakfast is not very great, but no complaints, staff for breakfast serving is also helpful.

Our one night stay in this property was a satisfactory experience. The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a decent level. The buffet breakfast and dinner were of average quality and the staff didn't make any effort to better the guest experience.

The exterior and interior of the property are beautiful.. so good that there were pre-marriage photo shoots take place. However, the interior of rooms do not match the standard. Our room (and looks like all rooms) are not designed to get direct sunlight or air. so cant make out day from night and it used to get stuffy at midnight! The rooms are small and nowhere match the grandeur of exterior. Food was ok. other facilities were also average. The property is almost on edge of lalgarh palace, but the location makes no difference. Overall it was a OK stay for us.

We were impressed by the facade but inside, our room was disappointing, badly equipped and dirty. A grubby towel marked the entrance to our bathroom, fittings were rusty and the shower so bad that it sprayed in every direction - even upwards - making it unusable. Clearly rooms are not checked and maintained. By the time we discovered the major problems, it was too late to change as we were only there for one night. On the lis side, staff were friendly enough.

we stayed here a part of our 2 week trip around rajasthan. We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this beautiful old heritige hotel. Rooms were clean, bathroom good. Breakfast was included which was varied and plentiful. We chose to dine in both nights and found the food tasty. The staff are very welcoming. Overall would definetly recommend this lovely hotel

The hotel offered a good support with our luggage and we had a nice stay here. Live music during dinner and a sufficient room for a short stay in Bikaner. Food choice is sufficient and we can fully recommend staying here.
