I travelled on Globtour bus from Makarska to Mostar on 18.07.2023, the day of extreme heat. In Makarska I witnessed a driver pushing a tourist , a passenger out of the way. Not a good start of the journey. When I took a seat I realised the backrest could not be fixed and it was falling in the lap of the passenger behind me. Changed the seat but it was the same. I was not looking forward to , what was supposed to be, 3 hour journey. The air con was working in the front of the bus but not in the back. The bus was filthy. We reached Citluk we detoured where Globtour headquarters are and we all sat on the bus while the driver and a conductor loaded and unloaded staff off the bus. God knows what, after crossing the border into Bosnia. No apology, no explanation. In Medjugorje a van parked next to us and loaded cases of wine . Again no apology or explanation for the wait. The rudeness of the staff was abysmal. I travelled Far East and India but this was on another level, disgusting. As if we were to be grateful to travel with them. At the end we were late to Mostar for an hour and a half. No assistance provided when taking our suitcases. Free for all. You could get any. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely disgusting
