Villa Nai 3.3

A magnificently appointed hotel on one of the most special islands I have visited, but what makes this experience truly special, is the team, who go out of their way to ensure you are indulged and cared for. We loved our time at this magical spot, wedged between the olive groves and sea.

Fantastic place to relax and really switch off for a week. • Small boutique resort with only 8 rooms. • Great a**osphere and design: elegant, but not stiff, clean, but very comfortable. High-quality furnishings throughout. • Beautiful, peaceful location embedded in well-maintained olive grove with in-house olive mill (producing prize-winning olive oil). • Fantastic, international team: pro-active, thoughtful, well-coordinated, very friendly. Very kind owners and management that really care. • For example, 12/12 of our morning/evening housekeeping services were timed perfectly during our breakfasts/dinners - we didn't encounter our housekeeper a single time (despite them doing an excellent job). • Very good, high quality food based on very fresh, organic, local ingredients from own garden or small, local suppliers. Sufficiently diverse with daily changing specials (depending on what fishermen caught or could be sourced from local suppliers that morning). Very happy to cater to off-menu custom requests. 2 equally beautiful but very different locations: Grotta 11 000 open stone cave with open fireplaces and grill specialties. 3.3 gourmet restaurant on main terrace with beautiful views of green surrounding hillsides. • Very good and peaceful pool with amazing views down to sea and surrounding islands. • Small but nice spa with excellent Balinese massage therapist. • Very well maintained red clay tennis court. • Excellent starting point for various excursions and day (boat) trips to Kornati islands and Telascica national parks.

Unique experience surrounded by peace, olive trees, very exclusive and extremely comfortable a**osphere. Staff is highly professional, helpful and friendly. Very interesting history ‘behind the scene’. Resort is pretty new but it has strong roots into the Croatian culture and traditions…and olive oil is a key element in this successful chapter. Delicious fresh organic dishes, always including seasonal fruits and vegetables, growing in the beautiful garden behind the resort. Really appreciated the balance between elegant architecture and spaces, extreme attention to details, combined with a familiar a**osphere .. always felt ‘at home’. The island is still quite wild and quiet, and the sea surprised us also: twelve dolphins danced in the water welcoming us in this Croatian paradise!

If you're looking for pure luxury, exclusivity, stunning surroundings, natural beauty, impeccable design, local cuisine, privacy and memories to make for a life-time, we couldn't recommend Villa Nai 3.3 enough. From the minute we arrived, to the day we had to sadly depart - this place was exceptional. The staff were amazing, so accomodating and we even had a tour of the olive factory by the hotel's owner Goran. It was pure perfection and the perfect place to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday. A dreamy place that instantly felt like home. Huge thanks to Luka, Bhawana, Yoko, Maksim, Nives, Goran and the rest of the Villa family for making our stay such an unreal experience.

Simply the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Period. The view, the rooms, the food, the people, the service, the location -- all of it was over the top luxurious. Our only regret was not spending more time there.

This is the best place that we stayed in Croatia and probably one of the world's best. If you are looking for a calm, charming and full of hospitality place, this is the place. This place is not just wonderful but also you will understand the meaning of a perfect staff. This is a must go if you are near this area.

The Villa Nai 3.3 is great. Apart from the obvious- it is located in the middle if an olive grove, it has breathtaking views of the sea, it is exquisitely private with its mere 8 suites, it is also a product of much love, passion and architectural acumen. We stayed for five days and we loved the place. The rooms are impeccable and kept luxuriously fresh and pristine, the Hermes cosmetics are a wonderful touch as well as the beautiful Frette linens. The breakfast is great, varied and full of healthy and also indulgent options. A great highlight is the olive tea. Mr and Mrs Morovic welcome you as a friend and for us they took the time to show the olive Mill and give us a lot of context as how the villa was conceived on their family property. The olive oil is outstanding, it is no wonder it has so many awards and recognitions. I had a massage and it was great, the olive paste from the garden makes it really special and the technical was very skillful too, something that can be a hit or miss at most holiday places. The only remark I have is that we would have wished for more variety in food and seafood but considering the hotel is brand new I am sure that this will change soon. The fruits and vegetables come from the garden directly on the property and are truly very good. I think this is a place for people how really want and need to relax and spend time together- the only noises you hear at Nai 3.3 are the birds, the crickets and the sea and we loved it just like that.

A truly outstanding new Leading Hotel of the World! With only 8 rooms you feel like you are a distinguished guest at a private luxury residence rather than a typical hotel. This is really a different level of luxury and service delivered by a very passionate team of dedicated staff. Of particular note is the quality of the design and furnishings, the exceptional food, and marvellous spa services. Huge thank you to all the team from airport transfer to check out this hotel is truly one-of-a-kind! And they really look after LHW Leaders Club members!
