Oakfield Guest House

The stay was brilliant from start to finish. Jeannette was very responsive before we arrived with all the information needed. We were greeted by Steve on arrival and he showed us everything we needed. We were climbing snowdonia at 2:45am the following morning and as we were going to miss breakfast they had made us both packed lunches and stored them in the communal fridge for us. The rooms & service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Parking on site which gives you peace of mind and its a nice 10 minute walk into betws y coyd. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely two night stay in Oakfield house. We climes Snowdon over the weekend and the location worked perfectly for us. The breakfast was tremendous and Jennet and Steve were both friendly people and fantastic hosts. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay and couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience.

The most beautiful stay for our anniversary, hosts were fantastic, the room was spotless with lovely views and even better breakfast!!! Unbelievable location with gorgeous walk down the river to the local village for food and drinks. Perfect place to chill out and relax with amazing walks all around your location. Will be staying again!!

Comfortable, Clean & Friendly stay. Quiet place and if you are looking to catch up some good sleep this is the place. Excellent Communication by hosts (Jeanette and Steve) regarding check in and dietary requirements. I will definitely recommend staying at this place and I will definitely like to stay again here next time. shops and restaurants are at a short walk.

Excellent little b and b Jeanette was very welcoming and friendly room was spotless breakfast was lovely to nothing was to much trouble would definitely stay again, lovely little place with parking off the road and nice little village with plenty of walks

A home from home, best breakfast ever, the breakfast food items were all locally obtained. Jeanette & Steve were so helpful. We will be back soon to enjoy your hospitality. Thank-you. We went to Swallow falls which is five minutes from the B & B, We did the river walk, which was wonderful.

The warmest welcome from Jeanette and Steve who are superb hosts...with just the right blend of helpfulness and letting you get on with your holiday.The whole house is beautifully decorated and furnished - and spotlessly clean. Comfortable room and bed. First-class breakfast. Very good value. I'd recommend Oakfield House to anyone...and intend to return myself!

I've been visiting Betws-y-Coed for a number of years, usually choosing to camp, however I thought I'd try Oakfield House as a place to rest my weary legs after climbing Snowdon. I'm glad that I did! I was warmly welcomed by both Steve and Jeanette to their lovely inviting B&B. The room was perfect for my needs being a great size and clean. The location is a short walk into the village either alongside the road or along the river (highly recommend - thanks Steve) and has plenty of space to safely park your car. The following morning I was served a lovely Welsh Breakfast with filter coffee and this was alongside a continental buffet. I'd definitely recommend staying here and will look to book a family room once I can encourage my 8yr twin girls into 'walking up a hill'. Thank you Steve and Jeanette!

The owners Jeanette and Steve went out of their way to accommodate us at short notice they were very helpful indeed. There was easy out of hours access for check in. Good parking on site. Lovely rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had an disasterous mishap with a cup of hot chocolate, but this was no problem at all for Steve, he so kindly cleaned up for us, even shampooing the carpet there and then, so when we got back from dinner everything was back spick and span! Great breakfast in the morning and unhurried check out. Would love to stay here again.
