Helios Benidorm

Arrived as two couples in our 50's. Bit of a queue at reception on arrival but it was our turn. Our room wasn't ready as we had an early flight but the customer service provided by Eduardo was tip top. We were provided with all the relevant info, wifi codes, toilet and luggage room keys. Advised we had a room upgrade which was pleasing to hear. This hotel is spotless everywhere. Restaurant we used just for breakfasts and what a choice there was. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. The rooms are big enough, with free safe, a fridge and plenty of storage. These were the comfiest beds and pillows I have slept in at any hotel. Although quite close to the ***** there was no noise that disturbed our sleep. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. A great team and shout out again to Eduardo who always greeted us with a huge smile and a wave.

Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel, staff were wonderful, always helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh daily, where you want full English or fruit and croissants. Ideal central location but quiet in hotel ans around pool area.

Brilliant stay again. This was our 2nd time staying here and i cant find a fault. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Swimming pool and the whole pool area is great. Location of the hotel is great. So close to everything but quiet. The breakfast buffet spread is so good. Everything is laid out and beautifully fresh. All the staff made us feel so welcome and check in was very fast and made easy by the staff. Thanks to everyone and see you next year.

Because you advertise you have accessibility rooms for disabled. This is a lie …. You can’t get in the shower there’s no room to move a chair round … the rooms are on the ground floor so you can’t open the window. I would never recommend this hotel…

We have stayed in the Helios hotel 3 times now and we are heading back again this September. We have been coming to Benidorm for the last 10 years and since we found the Helios, we have never stayed anywhere else. We adore this hotel. It is literally 10/10 for location. You are so close to bars and the beach but yet it is quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean and also they left us a fabulous personal note and complimentary bottle of oliver oil which was amazing. The food is incredible at the pool bar and they have drink offers everyday. We love the pool, it is a heated pool but fine and big and just so relaxing. They also offer a spa day and you can rent a bed and the spa is included which I highly recommend. What makes this hotel is the amazing hospitality from the staff. I would like to single out Eduardo at reception as we were late booking our airport transfer and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. If you want to come to Benidorm, this is the hotel for you as it has everything. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Jackie & Martin from Ireland ❤️

My wife & I had a brilliant 13-day holiday in the spotlessly clean and brilliantly situated Helios Hotel, Benidorm from the 28th of April to the 11th of May 2024. When we arrived, we were welcomed by very a friendly and helpful night porter called Adolfo. We were then checked in by a very polite receptionist who was also welcoming and helpful. We were given an immaculate big and spacious twin room directly opposite the lifts as requested and in addition, our room had a big balcony and a pool view. We had a free safe in the room and the free Wi-Fi reception was good. Our Chambermaids Ana 1 & Ana 2 were lovely and so very friendly. They cleaned our room and changed all our towels daily and they also changed our bedding frequently. We would like to mention Isabella (second in charge at the reception) for her kind-heartedness during our stay. We would also take this opportunity to thank all of the amazing reception staff at the Helios Hotel for their graciousness and first-class service. All of the staff in the dining room and bar that we spoke with throughout our stay were superbly pleasant and very thoughtful and they all made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was done with a smile and in a pleasant manner. We were very impressed with the friendly approachable and professional manner of Mercedes Aguilar the Operation Manager. Mercedes looked after us brilliantly during our stay and she is an absolute credit to Helios Hotels. Mike & Liz Dear (Aberdeen).

Really enjoyed our 2nd stay here. Room and Food was very good. Location perfect as well. They could make one big improvement, the balconies have a glass front and I would have loved a recliner chair to sit out and enjoy it. Instead a bolt upright table and chair is supplied. Perfect for eating or playing cards.

Our third stay at the Helios and yet again it was perfect! Great location close to everything on the ***** and the beach, but tucked away in a quiet spot . Hotel is spotlessly clean and beds are so comfortable . We had a lovely pool view room . Breakfast is fabulous - so much choice . We enjoyed sitting around the pool which was very chilled out . We had lunch by the pool one day which was delicious - top quality with a mix of Spanish and British options . Can’t recommend the Helios highly enough .

Helios Benidorm is a superb hotel. This is the4th time in less than 12months we have stayed here. Great value for a top hotel, staff, cleanliness, comfortable modern rooms and excellent choice of food. Highly recommend.
