I booked a deluxe Queen bedroom. I got a double with 2 single bed mattressesThe TV screen was broken & not a Smart TV. I complained on arrival that the bed was small. We put our bags in the room & left to go to a social event. Upon returning I realised my husband & I would not fit in the bed. I rang & complained & said the TV didn't work. I was told that there were no larger beds in the hotel and that it was a queen & that all the rooms were the same, I could not move from the room. I was then told to pull out the single bed on the sofa and that one of us should sleep on that. I said I was not happy and that I would only stay 1 of the 2 nights paid for & I wanted a refund. Lilly came and I showed her that the single sofa bed was 2 3rd's the size of the double bed and I showed her the broken TV. It was not a smart TV either. I could not even mirror my phone to it. She said she would get me another TV, but they had no smart TV's in the hotel.She then told me I had the cheapest room in the hotel. I couldn't believe that because I had paid extra!! I then became upset and said I was very unhappy as we are still newly-weds and I didn’t want to sleep separately and that I wanted to leave. Then suddenly she said she said she had a kingbed room available, but it cost more. I agreed. Her husband came with a measuring tape, measured the bedhead to prove I was! He was angry,aggressive & said I had used the room and would need to clean it. Both were dirty & food was in the freezer.
