The Falls Montville

Absolutely first class - extremely comfortable accommodation and wonderful hospitality. You could be in the middle of nowhere but you’re 5 minutes from the centre of town. The room is well set out, clean and comfortably furnished - but it’s the little things that make the difference - from the breakfast pastries delivered each morning to the port and chocolates in front of the fire. A fantastic couples getaway.

The moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be something special. The wander down the path to the cottage was an unexpected treat.. The cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated and oh so cosy. Attention to detail was not missed, even down to the crockery! Alan was a wealth of knowledge and we appreciated that he drove us to the start of our hike. Highly recommend this place.

We were 6 couples getting together for a long weekend and stayed in the Manor House. The breakfast supplies were amazing, the house was stunning, each of us having our own bathroom was great and the recommended chef for a 3 course dinner at the house was fantastic. Our friendly host was lovely and I would recommend a stay at The Falls Montville to everyone x

Private secluded cottages in a gorgeous tree setting meticulously cleaned and maintained. Thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for breakfast and a comfortable stay with a bubble bath and Barossa port. Hosts were absolutely delightful with much information on the local area. Thank you for looking after us and making us feel so welcome.

We loved our stay at The Falls at Montville. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Lovely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay including extras such as fresh roses, port and chocolates and croissants and pastries delivered to our door in the morning. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the fireplace and the spa bath in our cottage.

Total luxury and our Hosts were exceptional, Nothing was a problem . From the chocolates,port, and roses to greet us on arrival . The fridge was well stock ed with eggs,bacon,mushrooms,a cobb loaf of bread,yoghurt and fruit juice. There fresh danish pastries deliver to our door every morning. I would say that this is the best overnight stay we have ever had

Stunning views and great service. The host helped me book a reservation at a lovely restaurant for me and the gf. The food and coffee that is locally sourced is amazing and the pastries that are delivered in the morning are divine. Me and the girlfriend will definitely be coming back for another romantic getaway at the rainforest cottage.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a truly lovely experience. From the comfortable bed to the relaxing spa, the peaceful balcony to all the unique touches, The Falls Montville is a stay like no other. At check in, we were greeted very warmly by Alan who is an enthusiastic, passionate and accommodating host. Every time we spoke with him, we heard another entertaining story. He recommended local restaurants and even went out of his way to call and book reservations for us. He walked us down straight to our cottage, which is down a breathtakingly beautiful boardwalk path through the rainforest. When entering the cottage, we were greeted with fresh roses all around, chocolates, an Easter Bunny chocolate, port for nightcaps, an array of cereals, local yoghurt, fresh fruit and bread. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, orange juice, eggs, bacon, mushrooms and a tomato. There were clean robes in the cupboard to use. Each morning we had fresh croissants delivered to our door and they even organised an in room couples massage for us. The spa bath is great after doing one of the many local hikes. They are happy to top up any provisions at no additional charge and check with often but not intrusively. Thank you Alan and Aryna for a wonderful stay. We most certainly will be back.

Everything at The Falls was AbFab, including our host Allan, who went out of his way to make our stay stress-free & memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he anticipated our every need - before we even asked. Remarkable cottage stay, & a remarkable, empathetic host!
