Zimmer sehr, aber sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht war ok und sauber. Dusche ist im Zimmer und schlafen auch- nicht wirklich privat, aber ok. Gehen Sie zum Frühstück nächsten Morgen - 8.50 sind wir nicht bestraft irgendeinen Tisch oder irgendwelche sauberen Tisch. Es gab kein Personal für die Reinigung um das kleine Restaurant, das sie dort haben. Nachdem wir von vorausigen Menschen selbst Reinigen Tisch gingen wir zum Frühstück. Nichts war da und das Schlimmste ist, dass niemand noch etwas dort wieder füllen !! Es sah aus, als wäre es weg, ist weg !!! Wir haben einige über Muffins gegessen - wir waren dort über eine Stunde, da wir dachten, sie kochen vielleicht, so können wir ohne Probleme warten, aber keine .... Wie ich sagte, ein Mädchen kam um 9.45 und begann zu reinigen voll, aber wirklich vollen Tische rund um. Ich denke, das Hotel sollte morgens etwas Personal bekommen - Sie brauchen nicht viele von ihnen, aber es wird großartig sein, wenn Sie einen Sitz auf einem sauberen Tisch haben und einfach ein schönes Frühstück, das wir auch bezahlt haben ! !!

Wir blieben Anfang Oktober für meine Väter 70. Geburtstagsfeiern. Die Zimmer sind schön und können nicht in irgendeiner Weise fehlgeschlagen werden. Wir hatten Abendessen im Seahorse Restaurant für unsere Party von 8. Alle genossen ihre Speise, der Service war die erste Klasse, die Speise kam sehr schnell und war nur schön und das Personal war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, gut für Chef Damian und Lauren für ein brillantes Team gemacht. Kann nicht warten, wieder auf den Grand Central zu bleiben.

Wir blieben hier für das Wochenende unseres Hochzeitstags und es war ein schönes Hotel. Von der Minute, die wir am Rezeption Fuß gesetzt haben, fanden wir das Personal effizient und freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen schönen Barbereich und es ist etwa 2 Gehminuten von allen Attraktionen des Kathedraleviertels entfernt. Das Standardzimmer war großartig. Es war sauber, modern und ruhig. Alle Hotelgegenstände wie TV, en-suite (die wieder sauber war und die Dusche war großartig). Unser Zimmer war hinter dem Hotel und obwohl es keine fantastische Aussicht war, war es schön, die H&W-Krane in der Entfernung zu sehen und trotz einer besetzten Straße und einer Eisenbahnlinie, der Lärm war minimal. Das Frühstück war schön, obwohl die einzige Option für die Eier geschrotet wurden, aber ich bin sicher, wenn ich hätte gefragt, dass sie mir ein gepucktes oder gefriertes Ei gemacht haben. Es ist ein Buffet-Stil Frühstück und wenn ich nur eine Kritik habe, ist es, dass es nicht so hoch wie es sein könnte. Die Stapel wie Bacon etc. wurden oben aufgetaucht, aber die Pflanze und die kontinentale Auswahl waren eine Art Sp**** und nicht jeden Morgen oben, wir waren da. Darüber hinaus gab es viel zu essen und trinken und ein schöner Touch ist die Takeout-Tassen. Es bedeutete, dass ich einen Kaffee auf meinen Reisen nehmen könnte, der großartig ist und ein paar Quids von den Kaffeegeschäften etc. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr in die Ramada, da es eine wunderbare Erfahrung war. Danke auch für den Gutschein für ein Glas Wein kostenlos für meine Frau und ich, weil es unser Geburtstag war. Das war ein schöner Touch.

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals,coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

Unser Reisebüro hat uns für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel im Herzen von Belfast untergebracht. Die Zimmer waren modern, sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich würde jedem empfehlen das Frühstück dazu zu buchen.

Die Lage war hervorragend um Belfast zu Fuss zu erkunden. Der Zentralbahnhof war auch um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Es gab zudem ausreichend Instantkaffee im Zimmer und sogar ein paar Kekse. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Typisch englisch. Ganz toll war der Fast Check Out. Schlüssel in die Box werfen und fertig.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient position in the city.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff,who were all helpful and courteous at all times.Breakfast was great,with ample choices.All staff were helpful but the names we do remember,were…Stuart,Pe**** and Emma.We would have no hesitation on recommending this hotel to others and hopefully will return in the future.Meril&Ken Lockett.
