Dream Apartments St Thomas Hall

This apartment is in a good location but that is the only redeeming quality. The first apartment had towels on the floor and the freezer defrosting, strong smell of smoke, ripped flooring, dirty floors and surfaces, and no curtains or blinds in the bedroom. After being unable to make contact with the offsite reception, found a WhatsApp number for somebody who moved us into another apartment in the building. It was slightly better but still grubby, but upon visiting the bathroom there was an unflushed poop greeting us. After making contact again we were moved to a completely different location which was much nicer but the whole ordeal took several hours of our single night stay and really put a cloud over our visit. I would never book this location again. Having seen some of the people coming and going I would believe that it is currently being used as some sort of temporary social housing, but I could be wrong. Either way, the tenants/guests and property management do not take much pride or care of this building and it shows.

One of the worst experiences ever. Couldn't get hold of anyone to check in, apartment was dirty, broken floors & shower screen. Blood on the floor in the corridor Then took over a month to get my deposit back as I again couldn't get hold of anyone and they 'couldn't find it' when they did finally respond to one of my many emails & Trip.com were absolutely no help either Last time I use either 🤬😡

Trying to phone belfast reception is very hard ,nobody answers the phone ,once we got the 2 codes to enter outside door and room ,very strong smell of smoking cigarettes in bedroom ,sofa u could smell urine ,it was clean but on main busy road ,not like the picture showing on trip site front door banging everything some1 came in or out so not a good sleep ,it done for the 2 nights but won't be back

Apartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again

Absolutely appalling. Booked it. The contact number did not work. They did not respond to emails. We were trying to find out about how we access the room. We had to cancel as we found all the bad reviews. *********** avoid. They dont respond either to complaints, as this is on their site.

We arrived in reception to check in and to provide evidence that one of the group was over 25 years which I understand however this was not made clear when booking. If we were all under 25 we would not have been allowed to stay and would not have been refunded. We then had to pay a security deposit of £250 which could only be done by bank transfer. No receipt was available and it seemed dodgy but we did get a refund without any hassle unlike other reviews on trip adviser. We then had to get a taxi from where we thought we were staying to the apartments which was £10 which was unexpected and inconvenient. The apartment was very modern and you could tell was a high standard maybe 12 months ago but standards have slipped. The housekeeping is poor and there is a big issue with bed bugs again mentioned on other reviews. There were no basic provisions which you would expect such as washing up liquid so we couldn’t wash the dishes properly. The smoke sensor in our apartment had been removed and the fire panel in hallway had loads of error codes so not really safe. Although the price was reasonable it was a shame about the issues. The place just needs running professionally. The only member of staff we met was a young Asian lad at check in and I would give him 1 out of 10 because he had an unprofessional bad attitude.

Horrible Rooms are disgusting Wouldn't responds to emails texts or calls Stunk of smoke Dirt everywhere Lots of partying and noise all night

avoid at all costs!! appalling from start to finish. disgusting apartments and absolute disgraceful customer service if you could call it that. also, still awaiting security deposits back and they completely ignore your calls and emails.
