Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Alfred Street

The staff Bonita was great. The location was very nice.

There were security issues as someone opened my door which was locked while I was in the bathroom in the morning.  The door was closed quickly.  After some time, a woman knocked my door.  Since I didn’t understand what she said, I closed the door. Temperature of the air conditioner control panel could not be adjusted.

Quite a strategic location to access many places within the city center. The cleanliness and comfort are as good as Premier Inn standard.

Most of all location near Belfast City Hall, Friendly staffs and good to stay for a few days

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in walking distance to all sights we visited.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor for those that prefer staying in. Excellent location within easy reach to the shops and restaurants.

Good value for money, great location, friendly staff, all good.

A decent 3 star accomodation with clean bed

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.
