My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

Alles problemlos (wie ich es eigentlich von PremierInn gewohnt bin). Die Dame am Empfang gab uns wirklich GUTE Insider Tips ... THX !!! Das Frühstück hatten wir den nächsten Tag nachbestellt, da wir eigentlich andere Pläne hatten ... war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und hatte ALLES was man (und Frau) so braucht. Unser Gepäck konnten wir vor und nach den Zimmerzeiten im Hotel abstellen. Die Anhänger waren zwar alle, aber wir sollten einfach ein Foto machen (was ich persönlich viel besser finde !). PERFEKT ... Jederzeit wieder !!!

The staff went above and beyond for are stay. Room was warm and clean, bed super comfy and food are as fantastic . This was a last man booking due to no electricity at home. My son was treated like a king from the minute we arrived. He absolutely loved it. Thank you so much

The breakfast is classic and really English. Had fried egg, double espresso, toasted bread, selection of yogurt , fruit salad and fruit, etc. They have nice and comfortable bed and additional room utilities. Secured corridors and doors, good hospitality from front team, easy check in and out.

I would be a frequent visitor here for some years now. I have always found the staff...each and everyone of them...friendly,helpful,knowledgeable,understanding,caring,respectful and professional at all times even in the most difficult of circumstances. I always look forward to my visits. And i know im not the only one.
