Dieses Hotel ist etwas alt. Man muss die Tür öffnen. Es ist schön, eine Badewanne zu haben. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof/Busbahnhof St. Victoria. Von hier aus können Sie den Bus zum Flughafen nehmen, der 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Rathaus entfernt ist. Die Einstellung der Rezeption war ziemlich gut, aber in der ersten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts öffnete jemand die Tür zu unserem Zimmer. Wir zogen die Diebstahlsicherungskette und er konnte nicht hineinkommen. Die Rezeptionistin reagierte mit einem verwirrten Blick sein Gesicht, aber er konnte nichts dagegen tun. Sie wechselten das Zimmer und ließen es schließlich los. Es ist am besten, Jungen in Ihrer Gruppe zu haben, andernfalls ist es nicht empfehlenswert, zu bleiben. Ziehen Sie unbedingt die Diebstahlsicherungskette! ! ! Die Landschaft in Befa ist wirklich schön.

Das Hotel war schön und sauber mit freundlichem Personal. Das Bett war komfortabel. Gute Qualität Schampoane, Klimaanlage, Körper und Handwasch. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem gelegen, wo Sie 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Europa-Busbahnhof gehen können. Alles und überall war sehr zugänglich mit vielen Restaurants und Bars nach Queen’s University. Das Frühstück war vernünftig, da Sie eine gute Auswahl hatten, aber im Gegensatz zu einigen Hotels, wo es eine größere Auswahl geben würde, aber für mich war es ausreichend. Ich habe jedoch einige sehr unerfreuliche Antiquitäten von einigen Leuten im Hotel gesehen, in denen sie nicht mit dem Essen hygienische Standards scheinen. Das Hotel war im allgemeinen eine gute Erfahrung und Belfast war eine fantastische Stadt zu besuchen. Die Stadt überstieg meine Erwartungen, da sie sehr sauber und freundlich mit einer extrem kalten Atmosphäre war.

Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

Zimmer sehr, aber sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht war ok und sauber. Dusche ist im Zimmer und schlafen auch- nicht wirklich privat, aber ok. Gehen Sie zum Frühstück nächsten Morgen - 8.50 sind wir nicht bestraft irgendeinen Tisch oder irgendwelche sauberen Tisch. Es gab kein Personal für die Reinigung um das kleine Restaurant, das sie dort haben. Nachdem wir von vorausigen Menschen selbst Reinigen Tisch gingen wir zum Frühstück. Nichts war da und das Schlimmste ist, dass niemand noch etwas dort wieder füllen !! Es sah aus, als wäre es weg, ist weg !!! Wir haben einige über Muffins gegessen - wir waren dort über eine Stunde, da wir dachten, sie kochen vielleicht, so können wir ohne Probleme warten, aber keine .... Wie ich sagte, ein Mädchen kam um 9.45 und begann zu reinigen voll, aber wirklich vollen Tische rund um. Ich denke, das Hotel sollte morgens etwas Personal bekommen - Sie brauchen nicht viele von ihnen, aber es wird großartig sein, wenn Sie einen Sitz auf einem sauberen Tisch haben und einfach ein schönes Frühstück, das wir auch bezahlt haben ! !!

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals,coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

Das Hotel war schön und sauber. Ein wenig auf der teuren Seite für Getränke. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und eine teure Qualität. Das Hotelrestaurant (la scala) war ein ganz anderes Niveau. Essen war erstaunlich. Besonders der Lammshank. Meine Frau hatte den Hühner, der perfekt gemacht wurde. Wenn Sie eine ruhige Reise machen, dann könnte dieses Hotel für Sie sein. Wenn Sie als Teil einer Reise nach Belfast City gehen, dann ist es sehr weit von der Stadt entfernt. Etwa 20 Pfund in jeder Richtung.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir von der Dekoration beeindruckt. Personal an der Rezeption sehr schön. Zimmer schön und modern. War jedoch sehr enttäuscht über unsere Mittagessenerfahrung in der Bar. Der Hühner sandwich war in trockenem Brot, mit Butter Mayo und nur Hühner. Keine Garnish, keine Lettucci noch in Sandwich. Nicht, was Sie von einem 4* Hotel erwartet hätten! Der nächste ließ sich abwerfen war die Milch für meinen Kaffee, den ich bei der Bar bestellen musste, da niemand uns oder klare Gerichte für eine Weile kam. Die Milch wurde in einer Tasse geliefert, weil es keine Milchjugs gab, in einem 4* Hotel! Die Mitarbeiter waren unter Druck und wurden von einer Familie traurig, wartend auf ihre Nahrung, so habe ich nicht zu den Mitarbeitern Stress hinzugefügt. Der Pool ist groß, aber die Fliesen sind schleifend und es ist auf der coolen Seite.
