El menú de los restaurantes a la carta un poco limitado. La comida del room service no llega caliente y como último los tragos más cotizados se acaban y no lo reponen de una vez. De resto muy buena playa, buen ambiente e instalaciones impecables.

A beautiful all-inclusive resort with great amenities and terrific food. Staff is highly competent and friendly. We had a very relaxing vacation with everything taken care of that we could ask for.

Enjoyed the property and liked it very much that you can use both sides. The nicer part of the beach is on the family side. The only issue is some of the staff such as the hostess. Not very polite they can be rude and try to put restrictions only on certain people.

Hilton La romana is great for those who want a relaxing Vacation. I stayed on the Adult side of this beautiful hotel, it is just gorgeous. It's kept very clean the staff is very generous constantly saying hello and asking about your needs. I did however encounter some employees who were a tad rude but then again no one is perfect and i'm sure many of the employees are not treated as nice by people visiting. Please tip these people, ofcourse it's an all inclusive but definitely a dollar or any amount is truly appreciated by the employees. One big complaint for me was the restaurants. The fruits were sometimes very bitter and just didn't taste pleasant. I wish at the buffet you can just serve yourself. They serve the food for you, causing a little wait and lets be honest if you want like a big portion you'd be embarrassed to ask again. Our favorite restaurant was Mare. It was on the adult side definitely great seafood. The chinola restaurant was a horrible experience they took forever to sit us down. They took forever to give us our meal. Many people left once they didnt receive their meal. It was just awful how unorganized they were. I went there twice deciding to give it another chance and the same thing happened. I would recommend people go to dinner as soon as it opens/starts which is at 6PM. Usually the wait time is shorter and you wont miss the little shows they might have which is usually around 8PM. Also swimouts are not private they are not a deal breaker.

Water park was amazing and not very crowded. Staff was soo friendly and helpful. Amazing spa. Food was alright, buffet was better than restaurants- I usually am not crazy about all inclusive resorts food. Good shows at night. Fresh fruit stand. Wish we had option to purchase coconuts and drinks in pineapples without having butler service.

We loved this place. The food is amazing as we were skeptical being an all inclusive. We assumed they would cheap out on food or drinks but not the case. My only issue is that it gets extremely hot in D R and we would like to have had some indoor air conditioned activities to escape the heat, other than our room. Otherwise we loved it.
