Es ist ein idealer Ort für einen Kurzurlaub, da das Spa, der Fährhafen und viele Fischrestaurants direkt vor der Haustür liegen. Es besteht jedoch Raum für weitere Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Qualität des Essens und die Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice, um den Standards eines 5-Sterne-Hotels gerecht zu werden.

Sehr günstig gelegen. Große Auswahl an Speisen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe des Wasser- und Fährterminals.

Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Personal war freundlich, die Lage war gut, das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

I had a great time with my family at Batam Marriott to celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and the staffs were thoughtful. We like the location as it is just next to the ferry jetty. Many restaurants near the hotel too. The gym and swimming pool are clean and new. Thank you for the special birthday cake!

Like the hotel. They went extra to build the small tent for the kids to have fun in the room. With free chocolates too.

Breakfast spread is good., Everything is also great except that we did not get to the rooftop bar due to a private event. We were on a getaway trip to celebrate my hubby birthday and was disappointed when we were denied entry to the bar.. usually hotel bar will not close off the entire place.

Celebrating Birthday in batam marriott with my sister. I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I booked with M club access, and I thought that services are the same as Ritz-Carlton KL since the price is double. With the same price, I could have 2 nights stay.. In Ritz, they offered 5 meals, time slot light lunch and allowing us early check in etc. in my earlier review so our plan is just to stay in the hotel but in batam, only breakfast and a cocktail in the evening.. No lunch and afternoon tea where only drink and nuts are available.. luckily, their services are really, really good, which could compensate my feeling in the differences.. keep it up! Will be back for celebration. Thanks to the team that helped to celebrate my birthday.

We stayed here from 27th July 2024-28th July 2024 in room 701 .I had written that it was my wife's birthday. The staff at Marriot was awesome as they decorated the room and left birthday messages for my wife. They even gifted a red velvet birthday cake, which was so delicious. The next day, during breakfast, they surprised us again by bringing a cake and singing a Birthday song. Thank you to all the staff at Marriot for making us feel so welcomed.

Excellent stay, can see the hotel when pulling into the harbour. On a sat we took 1.5 hours to get through immigration so you can factor that in when choosing your ferry timing. After exiting the terminal at the mall turn left and exit the doors. The lift up to the Marriott reception is nearby, very convenient location! Excellent service and we really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Beautiful interior design. Easy to take gojek around. Just note that can smell boat fumes when traffic is high from the infinity pool cos the terminal right below the hotel. They are developing the area nearby. Weekend pasar malam nearby was so happening. I will return with my family

Marriott live up to its name. The check in was a breeze. Super good location. 1 min walk from Ferry terminal. Crew were very friendly and polite. Food was good but limited options for vegetarian. Room was cosy and bed is super comfy. Supplies of water and complimentary drinks and pralines in the fridge. Spa was amazing. Nice pool and gym. Fantastic sea view from room. Could stare at it all day. Only 10 mins ride to Nagoya Hill Mall. Many restaurants around the hotel too.

Thumbs up to all the hotel staff for helping me with my wife’s birthday celebration. Special shoutout to Goji restaurant service team and live band. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend staying in this hotel. Good breakfast spread; good vibe.

We decided to have a short gateaway to celebrate our 4 years anniversary this month. The front desk offiicer Ria & Dirga was kind enough to decorate our room. It was a pleasant surprise. with a slice cake, 02 mocktails, chocolates and best wishes message on the mirror. The room was comforble, breakfast was delicious. We will come here again and stay here with our daughter the next time. Thanks again to the team.

Great hotel in a great location! I booked 3 rooms for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids), and we all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. This was my second time staying here, and we will definitely come back again during the school holidays. Highly recommended! Oh, and almost forgot—it was my father's birthday, and the hotel staff did a small celebration for him. They decorated the room with a cake and a cute towel cake. The staff are so good and friendly.
