Room is clean and tidy..near to the waterfront..it takes 10 minutes only from the hotel..

The place is nice, right in the middle of the city. Likewise the amenities is average like any other 3 star hotels. For the price to pay at a little more than a hundred RM, I would rate it good because of the location and furthermore it has its own private balcony with a stunning view.

It is scary, in order to get to the room have to go through a corridor. If you are alone, not recommended. Old building with funny smell. Currently the hotel is under renovation, I think this is why I have to go through a scary corridor in order to get to my room.

Affordable price for 5D4N stay got the same room as shown on picture, breakfast was awesome and delicious 🫶🏻✨. I'm glad found this place in Kuching, its near with waterfront Kuching. Plus, got access to the swimming pool (closed at 6pm) and had so much fun.

Room is spacious with alot of nearby shops for eateries. Very strategic location for a hotel. Check in and check out process are very straightforward and simple also.

We arrived Kuching at night time, it was hard to locate the hotel as there is no signboard, just small banner at the front lobby. The reception is on different level, to locate the lift to go to the room also a bit confusing at first. If you’re travelling with kids, this can be a bit hustle. Room has this old building smell, the water heater sometimes not working. May need to wait a little bit for it to work again after one is done. Other than that is just okey. Maybe suitable for solo or couple travellers. Not really suitable for families with kids.

the location was good but the wifi not good and our mobile networks also not in a good signal..we had to check out early and trip.com help us to get the refund for 1 night that has been cancelled and the hotel kind enough to approve our request.. the fact that reception counter is on other level and the lift to the apartment is at other level becomes a bit hustle to us especially with kids and lot of items

Good,helpful and friendly staff. Location is very convenient to eat and the river front Room is spacious and good hygiene. Though have balcony but the noise from the air conditioning cooler is bit loud, good city nd river view. Noise from next room is easy to hear, because a thin door is connected to another room. Though it is locked. But overall good to stay

I dont recommend for Holiday or business travellers. There are other better hotels nearby with similiar Rate.

Grade A for its strategic location, within walking distance to iconic landmarks and excellent restaurants. While the two-bedroom accommodations showed signs of wear and could benefit from upgrades, the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, only one service lift was operational during our visit, which may inconvenience guests during peak hours. On a positive note, the premises felt relatively safe.
