"Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet"

"Besichtigung von der Wohnung war gut. Nicht genug Werkzeuge. Nur Lippen und keine Forschen. Sofa und Einzelmatratzen gefärbt. Haartrockner gefunden in und unter dem Kaffeetisch nicht gereinigt. Wandsocket neben dem Sofa nicht arbeiten. Kommunikation mit dem Personal war gut!"

"The hotel staffs are very accomodating and warm with their guests. The location is near Nagoya Hill Mall and Spas. However, the only concern I have is that the rooms are not noise proof. As the hotel is located at the corner of the roads, vehicles are heard clearly that causes me not to get to sleep. We raise our concern and we're moved to another room the next day. The room had the same concern but we really appreciate their effort."

"Ich hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende meines Aufenthalts hier. Das Personal ist sehr warm und freundlich das Zimmer ist komfortabel und hat gute Einrichtungen, Der einzige Nebenteil ist mein Zimmer hat keine Fenster und es macht das Zimmer fühlen sich ziemlich reichlich, ich empfehle dieses Hotel an andere 👍"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at YELLO Hotel Batam @ Harbour Bay, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, a sincere thank you to General Manager Mr. Akbar for his warm hospitality and exceptional leadership. His personal attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out and set the tone for the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Mr. Tarmizi, who went above and beyond to arrange shuttle services for my family. Not only was everything seamless, but his friendly demeanor and professionalism made our travel experience smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service in ferrying us around was truly appreciated.
Every staff member at YELLO Hotel Batam contributed to our memorable stay. From the front desk team to housekeeping and the restaurant crew – everyone greeted us with warm smiles, helpful attitudes, and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome.
The hotel’s location at Harbour Bay is perfect, the rooms are clean and modern, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend YELLO Hotel Batam to anyone visiting the area.

YYatiHotel is very near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and newly renovated . Room and the balcony is huge and clean. The only downside is the door doesn’t shut properly . There’s a small gap between the door frame . There’s a massage place too at the hotel and service is very good.
Will consider to stay in again on my next trip to Batam .

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

Breakfast spread is great, room is clean, bed is medium firm and comfy. Only thing was that the handheld shower head was leaking, but we were fine with using the wall mounted shower head.

XXuanAufgrund der Bewertungen auf TripAdvisor hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen. Aber ich finde das Hotel insgesamt ziemlich gut. Ja, das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und die Bettwäsche hat vielleicht einen winzigen Fleck, aber ich war angenehm überrascht, dass ihr Doppelbett eigentlich ein Queensize-Bett und ein Einzelbett ist. Die Zimmer sind außerdem hauptsächlich mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Eine weitere Sache, die mir sehr gut gefällt, ist die Klimaanlage, sie ist sehr stark und sehr kalt. Wir haben uns wie ein Burrito in die Decke gewickelt. Eine Kleinigkeit, die vielleicht noch erwähnt werden sollte, ist, dass es trotz der „Rauchen verboten“-Schilder in den Aufzügen immer noch Reisende gibt, die dort offen rauchen. Aber ansonsten finde ich das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung. Es ist auch ziemlich sicher, weil Sie die Zimmerkarte scannen müssen, bevor Sie die Etage auswählen, in die Sie möchten. Es gibt auch McDonalds in der Nähe, Sie müssen nur die Straße überqueren.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

DDilbara YongThank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.

PPpnmfSehr gut! Sauber und schön. Ruhig und ruhig. Bucht 3 Zimmer. Die einzigen Probleme gefunden sind Bett sind wenig zu laut während der Drehung und eine der Toiletten Dusche Kopf braucht Ersatz (gebrochen) aufgrund früherer Quests schäden es wahrscheinlich. Frühstück ist ok. Service ist gut. Einlagen sind auch dann erforderlich, wenn sie vollständig bezahlt sind.
