Riesige Schlangen. Die Nummer wurde nicht gelöscht. Es gibt keine Reinigungskräfte. Es gibt keinen Service. Vor den Aufzügen gibt es immer eine Warteschlange. Die Aufzüge selbst müssen mehrere Minuten warten.

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Erfahrung beim Einchecken, da ich zwei getrennte Buchungen hatte und ich mir nicht die Mühe machen wollte, ein- und auszuchecken und den kompletten Aufenthalt in einem Zimmer zu verbringen, aber der Vorgesetzte an der Rezeption (David Phutkaradze) war bescheiden und höflich, meine Anforderungen mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht zu erfüllen und mir mehrere Optionen und bessere Empfehlungen zur Auswahl zu geben, spiegelte er wider, was ich als einzigartiges Kundenerlebnis mit bester Qualität bezeichne. Vielen Dank an ihn und deshalb werde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Wir waren eine Woche im neuen Gebäude von Orbi City, Block D. Das Apartment ist modern und sauber, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, von Waschmaschine bis Mikrowelle und sogar eine komplette Küche. Frau Keti vom Empfang ist total sympathisch und hat ein außergewöhnlich positives freundliches Auftreten. Sie gab uns Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten, spricht gutes Englisch und hat uns tolle Events empfohlen. Würde aus Deutschland direkt wieder anreisen!

Pluses: 1. Location: The Batumi Twin Towers are situated in a prime location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, close to various attractions like Batumi Mall, Zootopia Batumi, and Qtiur Casino. This makes it convenient for guests to explore the city. 2. Views: Almost all apartments offer side view of the beach, especially those on higher floors. The sea and cityscape views are a significant highlight. 3. Modern Amenities: The apartments are well-equipped with modern amenities, including good Wi-Fi, clean and stylish interiors, and fresh renovations. 4. Economical - The pricing of the rooms is highly moderate and it is easy to book online. Minuses: 1. Ongoing Construction: Some parts of the Twin Towers are still under construction, which can be a bit disruptive. Guests staying on lower floors might experience some noise and inconvenience. 2. Service: The staff at the Twin Towers is very limited and you are often left unattended. Housekeeping is name sake and there are no extra towels or cleaning done once you check in. 3. High Wait time - When we checked in we were first asked to visit the office located on 72 floor of Block B, and then allotted an apartment in Block C. With limited elevators, you have to often wait for your turn. 4. Limited Historical Charm: Unlike some other accommodations in Batumi, the Twin Towers lack historical charm, which might be a downside for those looking for a more traditional Georgian experience. 5. Lack of Parking: In spite of clear mention of parking in booking, parking is general and always occupied. Overall, the Batumi Twin Towers offer a modern and comfortable stay with excellent views and amenities, though the ongoing construction and service issues might be considerations for potential guests.

They send you from one building to another. They cheat you at every step. The initial price does not match. They made you pay for the key. This is the first time I have seen this. THEY PROMISE BREAKFAST AND DON'T GIVE IT. There is no bath towel for your feet, no robes, not even tea or drinking water. But there is someone else's hair and someone else's uncleaned garbage. The microwave is dirty, and even rusty. Close this hotel.

Please avoid this property if you are travelling specially with family. they have horribly long cumbersome check in process. pain doesn't stop there. it goes up when you enter the room. they don't have basic facility in place. Like mircowave was above shelf which we need to bring it down. they don't come happily if you ask for any help. they don't have room cleaning facility everyday. basic amenities in the room are far below than their glamorous building. since we booked this room for 3 people, for 3rd person they have sofa bed. which they didn't unfold when asked, they said do it yourself.

Place is not so perfect as you can see on photos. 1. You should understand that Orbi Group almost has monopoly on rent. But indeed Orbi City Hotel is NOT A HOTEL AS IS, it’s a couple of buildings named after different blocks (block A, block C, etc.) with a lot of DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO LET YOU RENT their apartments. So rooms will be different due to owner who let you rent apartments. In my room many things was looked broken, as owner don’t care. Also in the room walls was dirty and no one takes garbage out, you should do it by yourself. 2. Check exactly address of where your hotel located. Because when i decided to avoid Orbi City and decided to stay in another place, I chosed “Grand City Hotel Apartments”, and despite his name indeed it was Orbi City Block A :( 3. In this hotel living too many people. And among them there are a lot of robbers. I ordered food from MCdonald’s from Glovo food service and wrote to courier (Irakli) meet me next to reception. When i had been getting down to meet courier at reception i met someone with the same food set and he wasn’t a courier. He was going straight from the doors of Orbi Hotel to lifts. I didn’t expect then that it was MY set. I was kept waiting for courier, and then seen that order was delivered, though he didn’t gave order to me. Then i understood that stranger from hotel stole my order. Glovo food service just said that they’re sorry but they DID NOTHING. They didn’t return my money. When i asked another courier from Glovo what it was with previous delivery, he said that it’s happening often enough in this hotel and if i want to get my order with more chances i should go directly to courier from hotel straight to him. IT’S NONSENSE 4. Lifts in this apartments usually come TOO long, as building has too many floors and too many people. If you have choice avoid Orbi Group avoid it. Worse organization in all Batumi that becomes monopolist.

Amazing location, beautiful view of the sea and the promenade. There are 3 buildings, Orbi City A, B and C and I think D is under construction. I was staying in Orbi City C. It is an apart-hotel. We had booked a total of four rooms. All were priced equally, but for some reason, only one room had a microwave and a washing machine. It is subject to availability; but I could not understand, why different amenities for different rooms, when the prices are same ?? Rooms were decently priced and do not hit your budget, considering the fact that they are overlooking the sea. Definitely at half the price of what one would pay to stay at a five star property in the vicinity with the same view. Also, I found the check in process to be excruciatingly slow and long. The staff at the check in counter was rude and not helpful. In fact other than the guest service relations manager, Nino, everybody was very rude and not at all helpful. They do not have any dedicated car parking space, which in Batumi is a big problem. And no buffet breakfast

We were scammed. We booked our room on booking and they canceled it when we arrived. Then they wanted us to pay more money that was said on booking.. It happens to alot of people in this hotel from the reactions in the lobby. We cannot rate on booking because it was canceled so I thought I'd write here.
