Property won me over on the simplicity in booking and checking in. The room looked brand new in terms of hygiene which made it very comfortable.
The pool was also very clean and kept well.
Overall, excellent stay with the kids. Cant fault anything at all.

Right from the time we walked into reception- unfriendly welcome (if you could call it that), I’ve been made to feel more welcome at a country motel! Facilities and room were great, however the staff could use some training in hospitality.
A smile or two would’ve been welcome.

Lovely welcome upon check in from Sue, who showed us to our one bedroom apar**ent- everything you need, clean, tidy and comfy bed- most important! Our first night was marred unfortunately by disruptive guests who kept us awake. The next morning I explained to Sue what had happened and she immediately offered us a new room that was much quieter. We jumped at the chance. We were so grateful as they were super busy that weekend! The rest of our stay was perfect. Above and beyond Sue, Michael and staff were fabulous. Massages at the spa were dreamy and just what we needed and dinner at the restaurant was delicious- basic menu but cooked so well! The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to enjoy the pool, so we look forward to returning so we can! The resort is just a short drive in to town, and the golf course club room are about a 350m walk so coffee, food, etc are right there. Great location!

What a great room very large with views to golf course that looks out towards the sea. Two comfy beds, large case stand,bar fridge,tea and coffee also coffee machine, one lounge chair,a table with two chairs. Shower is a walk-in one,big sink Plenty of room for toiletries. Outside two cane lounge chairs and table we sat outside with our drinks. Won't matter if you forget a well stocked fridge.

Comfortable stay in a one bedroom apar**ent. Has everything that you need for a stay. Self contained. Pool and gym for the guests. Good bed. About 4.5kms to Barwon Heads. Surrounded by golfers. Nice walking track to the beach which is about a 15 minute walk.

A hidden gem, just a few kms from Barwon Heads , but you felt you were truly away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms spacious , clean and modern. You do need a car , short drive to many parts of the Bellarine peninsula.

If you are looking to have a relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle… don’t pick this place. If you don’t make a reservation in the restaurant then you can not eat from the a La Carte menu, only pizza. Sadly the place was full of boys weekend away groups or pompous seniors. There is no assistance for any problems after 6pm. If you are looking to play golf it is probably great, but if you just want to be somewhere quiet and relaxing away from it all, then best to look elsewhere. The rooms are large and spacious. The beds are also very comfortable.
