AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Our villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed—combining modern comforts with a cozy tropical vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having a private balcony where we could unwind with a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. The pool area was another highlight—serene, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging under the Palawan sun.
While the villa is located in Puerto Princesa city (not near far-flung attractions like the Underground River or Honda Bay), the hotel made exploring easy by offering convenient tours to these must-see spots - from city tours to island-hopping adventures, ensuring that we can experience the best of Palawan without the stress of planning. Their recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems were also spot-on!

GGastnutzerInsgesamt war die Erfahrung großartig. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel wirklich genossen. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend (sie mussten uns allerdings ein anderes Zimmer geben, da die Klimaanlage des ersten Zimmers unangenehm roch), aber sie haben uns problemlos ein anderes Zimmer gegeben und alles war in Ordnung. Ich denke, wenn die Klimaanlage eine Weile nicht läuft, können sie das machen. Der Pool war absolut großartig, wir haben die meisten Tage mindestens einmal im Pool verbracht. Ich hätte mir zwar einen kleinen Schattenbereich über dem Pool selbst gewünscht, aber die Wassertemperatur war genau richtig und so entspannend. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Wir haben dort auch einige Mittag- und Abendessen eingenommen, die auch alle großartig waren. Es gibt eine sehr coole 360-Grad-Dachbar mit Happy Hour. Es war jedoch enttäuschend, dass in der Information an der Rezeption stand, dass Cocktails und Bier zur Happy Hour inbegriffen seien, aber als wir dort hochgingen, wurde uns gesagt, dass es Bier nur zu Happy-Hour-Preisen gibt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach atemberaubend, egal wohin man schaut, und es ist wirklich friedlich. Es ist ein bisschen weit weg, also braucht man ein Motorrad oder ein Auto zum Mieten, was wir hatten, also war das für uns kein Problem. Es war einer der erholsamsten Aufenthalte, die wir auf den Philippinen hatten, und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

AAnonymer BenutzerIt's unclear who came up with the idea of building a hostel inside a restaurant. The doors and walls are made of OSB, so the rooms constantly smell of food. There's always noise outside, so you can only rest when the restaurant isn't open. While hostel guests try to maintain silence during the day and especially in the evening, the restaurant and hostel staff simply don't care, and they can talk loudly until midnight. The girl who works the reception desk in the evening is incredibly stupid; she can't understand or answer even a basic question. Also, two days before my departure, I asked for an airport transfer, and even though it was 50 pesos more expensive than the tricycles outside, I agreed because I wanted to be sure they would definitely pick me up since I was booking a tricycle from the hostel. I reminded them of this request the evening before my departure; I was leaving early in the morning. In the end, no tricycle arrived; the night manager said, ”Tricycle not available.” WHAT??? I ended up having to catch a tricycle in the dark on the road because I had no idea how long it would have taken if I'd called one through an app. The hostel itself isn't bad, but the staff's lackadaisical attitude immediately lowers my rating.

Das Resort hat jedoch Potenzial, wenn sich die Mitarbeiter mehr um ihre Gäste kümmern würden, aber nicht regelmäßig telefonieren, der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt würde und der Whirlpool warm oder heiß wäre. Wir bestellten außerdem einen Wassermelonen-Smoothie, der nach Zwiebeln roch. Dasselbe passierte, als wir morgens frisches Obst probierten. Ich habe sie höflich darauf hingewiesen, dass sie darauf achten sollten, da es ein tolles Hotel ist, aber noch viel besser sein kann. Das Frühstück ist nur auf einen Menüpunkt beschränkt, der bei der Buchung nicht klar angegeben ist. Klarheit ist wichtig. Danke! Abraham. Kanada, mit Liebe für besseren Service.

Das Zimmer war sauber und alle Einrichtungen funktionierten. Hatte am letzten Abend ein Schwimmbad und ich hatte den Pool alle für mich 😍
Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und hielten mir bei meinem Reisen um die Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter im Essensbereich, wo ich Frühstück hatte, waren auch schön und hilfreich.
Lage weise, vor einem Mall(wo ich persönliche Dinge gekauft und Abendessen hatte), in der Nähe eines Spa(wo ich eine Sauna und Massage hatte), und 5-10mins Fuß von unserem Seminarplatz. Es war auch in der Nähe des Flughafens, 5-10mins Multicab-Reise. So war es ein sehr bequemer Ort.
Alles in allem hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Danke.

MMileKruminaDas Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und einen ansprechenden Eingang. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist einfach und etwas dunkel, da man von draußen hineinsehen kann, wenn man die Vorhänge öffnet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage und einen Warmwasserbereiter, was sehr praktisch war. Das Bett war bequem und es gab einen Kühlschrank. Man benötigt ein Tuk-Tuk (150 Pesos pro Fahrt), um irgendwohin zu gelangen, was mich aber nicht gestört hat. Was mir jedoch gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die Preise für das Essen. Es war die teuerste Speisekarte, die ich je auf den Philippinen für normales Essen gesehen habe – nicht einmal für gehobene Küche, und der Geschmack war wirklich durchschnittlich. Allein deswegen würde ich nicht noch einmal hier übernachten. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer aber in Ordnung.

BBlade.around.the.worldUniversity /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

Das Hotel liegt voll in der Pampa, kein Geschäft oder Restaurant in zumutbarer Nähe. Schöne Lage am Mangroven-Sandstrand. Romantische Lage. Baden im meer nur bei Flut möglich. Der Pool bietet eine sehr schöne Alternative. Guter Service (habe unaufgefordert sofort ein Badehandtuch bekommen).
Essen im Restaurant: sehr gues Essen, zB Kinilaw, Calamari oder Sinigang. Frühstück: Ist voll das Geld wert, sehr reichhaltig, mit Cornflakes/Milch, Salaten, Obst (incl Mangos).
Gute Betten, kl. Bad, wifi ok; gut geeignet für Reisende, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe suchen.
