VvanessayunaEs ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, das eigene Shuttlebusse zum Bahnhof Kyoto hat. Sie achten auf jedes Detail und jeden Aspekt. Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und höflich. Sie heißen Sie von Anfang an vor dem Hotel willkommen. Sie grüßen Sie jedes Mal, wenn sie Sie sehen. Die Fahrer der Shuttlebusse sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.! Das Frühstück ist immer großartig. Der Morgenkoch ist erstaunlich und freundlich. Danke. Und richten Sie ihm bitte meine besten Grüße aus. Meine Eltern und ich hatten eine schöne Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts. Und wenn nicht, weil wir das Hotel für eine weitere Woche in Osaka gebucht hätten, würden wir sicher gerne noch eine Woche bleiben. Mein Vater spricht immer noch von der Reise in Ihr Hotel, während wir im Imperial Hotel Osaka übernachten. Im Allgemeinen danke. Und ich wünsche allen nur das Beste.

IIRADAThough the hotel itself is good (I’m staying here for a second time), this time the service was awful.1) went to breakfast, me and my friend ordered 2 dishes, when in 20 mins time there still was nothing, we reminded a waitress of our order… another 20 mins - still nothing. All in all we spent 40 mins at the breakfast restaurant and didn’t get our food. When we explained this to the hostess she just said “sorry” and we left the restaurant hungry. 2) ordered afternoon tea for 3 persons (afternoon tea is served at another restaurant at the hotel). 2 normal sets and 1 for a person who doesn’t like dairy products. That person is me. I explained that I have no allergy, I just don’t like the taste of milk, cheese, et cetera. So I’m fine with bread and with sweets, just not the ones that have cheese on top. In the end instead of the sweets they brought me a fruit platter (that’s all, my friends got a lot of different sweets), when I again explained to the hostess that I’m fine with sweets (sweet bread) and would like to eat the sweets included in the afternoon tea set she just said that they “prepared smth else” for me (she meant the fruit platter). No apology no anything. Mind you, I ordered afternoon tea last year at this same place - everything was alright! As this is a 5 star hotel and everything here is rather expensive (including breakfast and afternoon tea) this is unacceptable level if service.

IIrenegreenDie Lage ist praktisch, nicht weit vom JR-Bahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt, es gibt auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe und auch der Umekoji-Park ist wunderschön. Die Terrasse hat eine wirklich schöne Aussicht. Das Schlimme ist, dass die Vorräte nicht vollständig sind, es keine Einwegpantoffeln, Duschhauben etc. gibt und man diese in der Nähe der Rezeption abholen muss. Statt Duschgel bekommt man Seife und es gibt nur ein Stück , das nach dem Waschen sehr trocken ist. Man muss Wasser von draußen holen. Die Minibar ist nicht lange genug geöffnet und nicht 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet. Es gibt viele öffentliche Einrichtungen, aber nicht für Menschen geeignet, haha. Während der Kirschblütenzeit ist der Zimmerpreis etwas hoch

Ich habe das Zimmer mit einer Waschmaschine, so war es für mich bequem, meine Kleider zu waschen, und sie liefern jeden Tag waschmittel. Sie gab viele Einrichtungen, einschließlich der Hautpflege, die ich wirklich geschätzt habe. 10/10 Erfahrung.

XXiaomai935Die beste Wahl für meine Reise nach Kyoto während der Maifeiertage ist, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt neben Kyoto Takashimaya. Es ist sehr praktisch, um zu essen, einzukaufen und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen Etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß nach Kamogawa und zum Bahnhof Kyoto. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi kostete etwa 1.300 Yen. Da ich nicht rechtzeitig das gleiche Familienvierbettzimmer buchen konnte, hat mir das Hotel ein Upgrade gegeben In Verbindung mit der sauberen Umgebung war unsere Reise voller Überraschungen. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder wählen, wenn ich nach Kyoto komme.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard. However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements: 1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue. 2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition. 3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience. 4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated. 5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space. 6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering. In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction. If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto. CchrslI had a great stay at RIHGA Gran Kyoto Hotel. The location is extremely convenient — it’s just a short walk from Kyoto Station, which you can easily reach directly from Kansai International Airport via the Haruka Express. This made traveling with luggage very hassle-free. There are two convenience stores located near the hotel, which is perfect for quick snacks, drinks, or last-minute necessities. There’s also a shopping mall right next to the hotel, making it easy to shop, dine, or relax without having to travel far. For those driving, there are three parking lots nearby, which is very convenient and stress-free. Overall, the hotel offers excellent accessibility, great surrounding facilities, and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Das Bett im Doppelzimmer ist nur etwa 1,2 bis 1,3 Meter breit, definitiv keine 1,5 Meter, sodass es für zwei Personen recht eng ist.
