GGastnutzerThe hotel interior is full of architects which makes it beautiful and the view of the river is lovely. However, breakfast choices are not attractive and the breakfast room decoration is 3 stars strangely which does not match the beauty of the hotel!

WWagidinataLocation is great as it is closed to the city center. Room is also relatively clean and what is very positive is also there is a laundry machine at the hotel. The only unfavorable experience was the breakfast service. It was difficult to find the seat and the foods tend to run out without being filled up immediately. I understand weekend can be crowded and the staffs had been busy to fill up the empty food or coffee, but apparently the limited staffs were not able to cover during the peak hours.

JJustinThe concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience.
However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍

10 Minuten fußläufig zum Zentrum und allen Attraktionen, Brücken und Schiffen. Freundliches Personal. Kleines, feines Frühstück gegen geringen Aufpreis. Alles sauber und funktionsgerecht.

PpsouzaThe elevators are from the time that elevators were not invented yet, there is even a lovely ghost sound when it shuts the door.
The bed is small incredibly small, the room is small, the towels are small, even for me that am small.
There was no space in the parking (probably is also small), though they have 3 teenagers working there, and I was advised to park in the public parking across the street that closes at 11pm, and you cannot take you car off.
The rooftop bar doesn't exist.
The carpet has a lovely amount of hair from the time the elevators were installed (maybe belonged to the ghost)...
They couldn't link my accor accounts and none of my member benefits were provided.

Tony und seine Kollegen waren super Gastgeber, gemischt uns die meisten Menü-Einträge, und unsere Lieblings waren die Beet-ness und Espresso 2.0. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht im 19. Stock und dachten, die Nacht sah gut aus. Erwachen, um so viel Brisbane am Morgen zu sehen, war eine echte Überraschung. Frühstücks-Buffet-Menü-Optionen waren groß, aber wir haben aus der à la carte Menu mit einigen fantastischen Kaffees gepaart, um den Tag zu beginnen.

DDAN63Tolle Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum lebhaften Tal – das Herrenhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend – man muss früh da sein, um einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zu bekommen, oder Glück haben, um am Wochenende einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu bekommen. Das einzige Komfortproblem war, dass die Klimaanlage zum Schlafen zu laut war.

GGastnutzerAlthough I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem.
Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants.
